Ordered a Roberts istream 3, picked up following day at Lichfield store. Great radio really pleased with quality and sound, from radio and Spotify. Managed to set up ok ( with help of YouTube) not bad for pensioner. Excellent service from Lichfield store, many thanks.

Long time Richers Sounds user
I have used Richer sounds to build my Hi Fi system from the 80's through to the current day. Great to have such a local shop based in Lichfield that offers great prices and service.

Thank you for leaving us your feedback, my apologies that the wait for the consignment of the Freely boxes proved too drawn out, which I appreciate is frustrating. I will of course feed this back to the supplier, as the last thing we want to do is let down valued customers in such a manner.
