New TV for bedroom
Ordered a TV for bedroom on Thursday and picked it up on Friday from Middlesbrough store. Staff are super friendly and efficient. The TV was good value as usual, we have been buying TVs from Richer Sounds for many years now and really like the choice and value for money as well as the free six year warranty

The product I bought the 4K player Panasonic UB820 has exceeded my expectations, an absolute powerhouse of tech. Brilliant service from Richer Sounds
Brilliant service, extra years free guarantee and next day free delivery to my home.
The item cost was no greater than elsewhere.
I will always visit Richer Sounds for TV, hi-fi etc.

It was a great experience because of the laidback attitude. I told Paul what I was looking for, he made it available and didn’t rush us.

When I walked in to your shop I was…
When I walked in to your shop I was warmly greeted. Paul asked me about were the new TV would be located in my front room and what size TV I was thinking of buying. Paul then went on to asking about my price range No pressure all, I had a list of TV,S and prices I was considering which we went through. Going through the pro,S and cons. Paul then suggested he TV I eventually bought. LG C5 .
I woul definitely recommend Ritcher Sounds to anyone looking to buy a new TV. Great Experience 5Star
