Richer Sounds - Newcastle Avis 

Just popped in for some speaker cables and advice. As usual you always get a warm welcome and lots of friendly chat from the guys working there. Got what I needed at a great price and also advice as to where to get my record player serviced.

Dealt with Richer Sounds some 12 years ago & was pleasantly surprised that they still had my details on file when I ordered a new CD player recently . Courteous service in successfully trying out a CD that my old Denon player could not read on a Marantz unit .
The new Marantz player arrived on time . The packaging was substantial & kept the unit in excellent condition .Well Done

If all companies were like richer sounds, life would be easier and friendlier. I bought a new amp and speakers and had some issues with the people who made the amp. I contacted Richer sounds after the manufacturer decided didn’t help ,they troubleshoot with emails, and when I still couldn’t resolve it and explained I was disabled and that it would be tricky to bring large floorstanding speakers in , they actually came out, double-checked my connections and now it sounds beautiful. They were able to tell me in two minutes something the manufacturers didn’t.
So, you get the best price, long guarantee and customer service who not only know what they are doing but really do help. I’ve been buying equipment from Richer sounds for years and will continue to do so. Thank you very much Newcastle store.

I dealt with the staff at the Newcastle branch when I bought my new speakers and I couldn’t fault them. There was an issue with delivery which they sorted out very quickly to my benefit, thank you.

Very helpful at their Newcastle store when I was selecting a pair of floor standing speakers. They set up 3 different pairs to listen to, and organised their delivery, which arrived less than 48 hours later. Many many thanks to Callum, who was so patient, cheers Callum!

Having done some initial research online I went into the Newcastle store looking for further guidance and advise on an entry level turntable/amp/speaker set up.
3 members of staff were present, one of whom immediately introduced himself and listened to my inquiry/requirements/limitations.
Over the following 45 minutes various options were discussed and a couple set up in the demonstration room.
I left with an order placed and advise as to how to set it up once delivered.
Having had the pleasure of listening to the equipment for a week now I am a very satisfied customer.

Richer Sounds Newcastle were brilliant from start to finish. I’d been in the market for a new OLED TV for months, and patiently waited until the model I wanted dropped in price. As promised, RS then beat that price and offered a better warranty, all without fuss over email. The TV was then delivered the very next day at no extra cost. A pleasure to deal with - would highly recommend.

Excellent service at Richer Sounds Newcastle. I had decided to upgrade my cd player, headphones, and possibly purchase a turntable too. After a bit of online research, I went into the shop for a chat. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and took their time to explain everything and answer my questions. It is also very useful that they have a room where you can try the equipment you are considering to make sure the sound is right for you. After a couple of visits I left with my new purchases and I am thrilled. Top marks for service and choice. I would highly recommend.
