Richer Sounds - Preston Avis 

James at Preston had excellent knowledge which was paticularly helpful when TVs are now so technical.

I bought my CD player, amp and speakers from Richer Sounds, 25 years ago in London. All still going strong, so when I decided to buy a turntable recently it was the only place I checked. Back then i loved the fact that I could go in to a real shop, talk to real people and try out how things sound with the music I liked to listen to. And im pleased to say that nothing has changed. This time i went to Richer Sounds in Preston. No high pressure sales. I was left to listen, till I had some questions. James was brilliant and all the staff are very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. The prices are great and products are very high quality. Ive now added a Denon DP-300F to my system. Richer Sounds are the best. I won't go anywhere else.

Great service from Howie at Richer Sounds (Preston), answered my questions and offered to check and make sure all my other equipment was compatible with the streaming unit I was looking at purchasing, at no point did he try and change my mind, just gave a honest opinion about the product and what was the best way to achieve it! Matched the price which was being offered during a two day sale by a well known on line retailer plus gave extra discount and arranged delivery which was free and actually arrived two days earlier (as no stock in nearest shop).
Very happy with this retailer and will always return to them as there is never a reason not to!!
Not to mention very happy with the WiiM Ultra albeit a little trickier than I thought setting it up.

Ordered online, items arrived at the Preston store the following day, and I picked up the items at the weekend. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and I will be using the Preston store again for my next purchase.

I was interested in the Yamaha r-n600a and it's functions. The staff were very helpful though to fully demonstrate the receiver it would be good to also have a CD player and Turntable connected plus two sets of speakers so that a better assessment of the equipment can be made (as in the good old days) when shops would have various items connected through a switching system.
After purchase the receiver was delivered next day and with in the delivery time window and in perfect condition. Excellent.
