Richer Sounds - Preston Avis 

I had a tight budget and wanted sound quality that matched my son's equipment.
This was achieved very easily and I got a much better level of performance than I expected.

The complete transaction was done initially on the internet then subsequently on the phone to the Preston branch.
All went very smoothly.
The TV was delivered on time.
While it's only been viewed for 3 days I'm completely satisfied with the picture etc.
I will definitely recommend both Richer Sounds and this LG TV to anyone who enquired.

Problem with television sorted new one came day aftet

Excellent service and advice. I recently went in to ask about some earbuds I had seen on line. I didn’t want to spend a lot as at 75 I’m now hard of hearing and not able to appreciate the audio subtlety I used to enjoy. However the assistant was patient and helpful and not snobby about my lo-fi choice. I’m pleased with my purchase and the service I received. RS are always competitive on price and helpful and accommodating in helping you to make your choice irrespective of your criteria.

After a lot of product browsing and changing my mind about brands, sizes and models a number of times, it was so surprising when I called Richer Sounds, I did know the brand but the warmth of the discussion with people who really knew what they were talking about and were very customer focussed with the ability to get things done was truly a super nice experience, impressed.

Purchased a few bits from RS, in store and online over many years, very friendly knowledgeable guys, keen to help on the phone, always been happy with what i've bought, fair prices too.

Went to Richer Sounds (Preston) on a 'recce' to suss out a hifi system for my granddaughter. Walking in the door you can be overwhelmed by all the gear on display but I immediately struck up a good relationship with Howie the shop manager who was very friendly, helpful and constructive in his advice. I learnt a lot! He pointed me in the direction of 'active speakers' which are ideal for the 16 year old in question, plus a turntable as vinyl is back in fashion. She can now listen to some proper 1970's bands from my collection!! It's not cheap but the product is quality and the whole experience gave me confidence to buy.

Great service from initial advice about what TV would best suit our needs right through to the delivery. Price was excellent as well.

Went into the Preston store to have a look at the products I were interested in.
Howie and his team were great, as I had a few questions etc. we discussed these , then sat in the demo room for 2 hours!
Howie then came up with a great deal for me.

Staff was amazingly nice and helpful, price was very good, love the 6 year warranty and finally delivery service was 2nd to none

Bought the wiim ultra amp and 4 x kef ci200qr cieling speakers and really happy with the way it sounds.

Could not beat them on price.

Great service and pre sales support, would shop with them again. 1 star deducted for missing that a lead was needed to connect the sub woofer to the amp.
