Friendly and knowledgeable
Friendly and knowledgeable, staff where more then happy to help, explain and demo anything. They arranged for our order to be sent straight to our house once it was in stock, which made it even easier.

The help i relieved was great
The help i relieved was great, I had a lot of help in which tv to buy, I returned a couple of times with small problems and manger and staff was very helpful, after this experience I will return for my electrical goods rather then go to currys

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel pressured to buy. Efficiency and effectiveness of the order process was good. Staff were helpful. Product was good but the screen is quite dark, so you have to adjust to a non eco friendly setting.

I have always found all of the Richer Sounds staff to be very efficient and very helpful. They all treat their customers with courtesy and good advice and's are never pushy. If you have a query they are always pleased to help you and have a technical person at each shop ready to help. Richer Sounds make your buying experience an enjoyable one with a good warranty and fair prices. They also have a good selection of products available and an efficient delivery service.
