Richer Sounds - Romford Avis 

I had to exchange the product twice as products faulty, and the third time I had to go back to the shop as the rubber feet were missing from the TV stand. Plenty of apologies but I’d hoped I would have had some tiny offer of compensation for my inconvenience. Richer Sounds will always have me as a customer though as they dealt with the issues in a friendly and effective way. Thanks. Edit: The store manager, Steve, got in contact with me and gave me some compensation and profuse apologies for the inconvenience. I really do appreciate it. I do hope the supplier takes note and improve their quality control procedures.

The service I received was brilliant. Joel in the Romford store has amazing product knowledge and guided me to a fantastic TV within my budget. He kept an eye on my order and the delivery service was on point with the driver keeping in contact with me.

As always, it’s a delight to shop at Richer Sounds. I’ve been a customer of theirs for over 20 years! Speakers, sub and now a new Sony TA AN100. Thank you!

Saw an offer online and Rang them the next day to ask if the offer was still on and they were as great as can be. answered right away, knew exactly what to do , got back to me right away and sorted everything out , so glad I found RicherSounds , they beat all others and are exactly what is needed in an online world or slow answers and AI chat Bots these guys do exactly what everyone needs, Will recommend to everyone.

The experience of buying and even a demo of the tv were excellent as we wanted a tv for outdoors and viewing angles were important. I have bought many items from RS over the years and would definitely buy again. The staff in particular are always very knowledgable and helpful.

I purchased Bluetooth speakers, from them about 2 months ago, first set after less than a week developed a fault, I took them back to the store, the manager there was very helpful and understanding, he replaced them with a different set , which he took me in a room so to listen to the set which was already set up ,

I have always shopped here for media products. The staff are extremely helpful. They grabbed a ramp for my wheelchair and helped me in.
I dealt with a guy named Steve and he couldn't have done more for me. He gave great advice and recommendations that suit my needs and my budget. I would highly recommend shopping here for a really positive experience. Also there is a 6 or 7 year warrant on TVs which I needed to use some years back and I had my tv replaced having had it for 4 years. You can't ask more that that.

The guys at romford are just the best . Helpful friendly and have plenty of time for you . Keep up the good work guys and see you all soon 😊

Richer sounds in Gidea Park are great. I wanted a tv for a visually impaired relative with a voice controlled remote so it was good to actually be able to speak to someone to discuss options. The TV recommended is perfect. I would urge anyone after Tv Hi Fi etc to go have a chat rather than blindly order on the internet. You will be really impressed with the range of goods and knowledge of staff.

I had a minor issue with a creased up turntable mat, however a manager reached out to me and resolved the issue as a matter of urgency and delivered a new upgraded mat as way of apology, (which was a factory packing issued and not the store) Fantastic company and massive thank you to Tom and of course Steve who sold me the item.

Good company .I’m not a hi fi purist ,that means I have a Ltd budget for equipment , but I try and buy quality for what I can afford . They offer good advice ,quality and value imho.
