The Stockport branch did not have a Koss KPH 40 in stock, but Patrick was extremely helpful and sourced one from the central warehouse, delivered direct to me the next day via DPD. Impressive.

Product absolutely fine but DPD very…

Product absolutely fine but DPD very poor. There was someone waiting for the delivery at specified time- Farhad the driver made no effort to press the gate button to notify the delivery and deposited it at a local post office on a bank holiday weekend so several days elapsed before it could be picked up conveniently rather than next day

Sevice as it should be!…

When I phoned the Stockport branch to check on availability of the item I was interested in purchasing, the phone was answered QUICKLY AND POLITELY, the sales assistant was very helpful and reserved the item for me to collect later that morning.
And that ladies and Gents, is as it SHOULD BE.
No hassle, no fuss, no BS. Just great old fashioned customer service, anyone remember that?.......

Advised to order on website and select delivery to store for free (next day).
Delivered collected and installed.

We have shopped with Richer Sounds for…

We have shopped with Richer Sounds for decades and decided to replace our 15 yr old TV (still working) in November last year. Unfortunately the new TV recently developed a fault, but was quickly replaced at the shop. The only downside was taking the TV down there as we are in our 80s, but it was the quickest way of sorting the problem in a day and new TV is great. Thanks to manager Patrick

Bought a TV and Soundbar from Stockport…

Bought a TV and Soundbar from Stockport branch. Staff were very helpful.

They were over £100 cheaper than another major retailer. The price dropped a further £50 a few days after purchase which was refunded in bank account within 2 days.

They recommended an installer who did an excellent job.

What’s not to like!

Fantastic service again from the Stockport branch, manager Pat, DM Nate and sales advisor Matt, sorted out the new Sony Bravia I without any fuss, good advice given as I was thinking of a move over to either the Samsung or LG equivalent, now the TV is installed the advice was spot on,
The advice on the best wall mount was also spot on with the Sanus.
Delivery in 2 days and the in house courier service from Trav and Mark was faultless too, called to give 30mins notice, respected my property and even offerered to remove their shoes.
Thankyou RS for your time, advice and service as usual.

The service and assistance provided by John was exceptional. The demonstration room was helpful in understanding what we were purchasing. And the prices are good!

Excellent experience as always!

I went in to the store to audition a few items. Both Tom and Nate were really helpful and even when I had issues with my turntable Nate was very patient with me and gave me advice.

Richer Sound are great - the shops are well run with professional people who know their stuff. They helped me pick a Philips 65 inch 4k TV at a great price. Very pleased. Stockport store.
