Richer Sounds - Stockport Avis 

I purchased a new cable for my turntable via the Stockport shop. The guys at the shop were as ever very friendly and helpful - as they always are. They recommended a new cable for me with express delivery. I purchased it on Saturday. They said it should arrive on Tuesday. I was surprised to get message from the courier saying it was going to be delivered a day earlier - great! Great experience and I'm sure it won't be the last time I shop at Stockport Richer Sounds. Great job guys.

I had dealt with Richer Sounds in the past when I bought my previous television from them and found them to be a good reputable company. This time I was served by Tom who went through all the technical details of my new television, as I am not tech minded. I found him to be patient and not at all pushy and so I placed my order. My new television was delivered before the time specified by Trav and Rob and they ensured that the television was left in a convenient place for connecting. They also stressed that if I had any problems at all that I should contact Richer Sounds for advice. Luckily, that was not necessary. This is why I would recommend this company to anyone because their customer care is second to none.

Really helpful staff at Stockport when my Tv stopped working when I needed a replacement they went out of their way to be as helpful as possible and it’s much appreciated.

Easy to order on the phone for click & collect at store, arrived on time, great service.

We called in to buy a soundbar, item wasn't in stock in the store. The member of staff, said it could be delivered next day to our house free of charge and then we asked a question about our cable needs and the member of staff again answered this question with promptly and efficiently.
