Great service from start to finish. Staff were very informative and friendly. Realised we ordered wrong size tv and they changed it without a problem. 1st class service!

Good selection of TVs
Good selection of TVs, fair prices and advice from friendly salesman. Delivery was quick as promised and the 6 year warranty was important.

So helpful
Their products are great and they are so helpful. Had a problem recently with a new TV, phoned them and they sorted it out. You get through immediately without waiting in queues. Can't praise them enough

Very professional and friendly. Had the opportunity to try before you buy which is very important. I changed my mind as a result of this. I also ended up spending more money. Delivery and after sale support was good too.

The staff were so helpful, they understand what l needed, as this was a gift, the gentleman told me all about the item how it works, they even offered to keep it in the shop as it was a surprise, can't prays enough how helpful and professional your staff were. Thank you

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. Only reason 5 stars not given was the TV didn't work and I had to send it back and get a new one delivered, but all was handled well by Richer Sounds

A five star review based on the excellent service received at Stockport branch. The delivery was a day early as well which was very good. I love the turntable and speakers. I didn’t realise there was a 14 day price match promise and Richer Sounds rang me to let me know and matched the lower price. I would definitely shop there again
