Richer Sounds - Stockport Avis 

We were looking to buy a specific television and visited Richer Sounds in Stockport. Adrian was extremely helpful from the start, answering all of my questions clearly and efficiently.

There was a delay due to high demand for the television, but Adrian took the time to check the system for stock availability and potential delivery dates. He explained everything thoroughly, including my options to either wait until the television arrived or pay in advance to secure one.

Adrian explained that I would receive a £10 discount for providing my email address for the quotation, which was a nice added bonus.

Although paying in advance is not something I would usually do, Adrian’s professionalism and clear communication gave me confidence to go ahead. The television arrived today, and I am very pleased to say the whole experience — from initial enquiry to delivery — has been excellent.

I would highly recommend both Adrian and Richer Sounds for their outstanding customer service.

First time I’ve used richer sounds Very good service very knowledgable about their products when deciding which tv to purchase. Will definitely use them again .

I placed my order and left the shop just four minutes after entering, (I knew exactly what I wanted). The salesman told me my particular model was not in stock, but that a delivery was due the next day (Friday), and that delivery to me might not occur until Monday. As it happened, the item was delivered to me on Saturday Morning, undamaged and has already been pressed into service.

Helpful and efficient advice from a person who knew what he was talking about. TV delivered promptly the
next day.

I'm pretty happy with my experience. I wanted an AV Home Theatre setup and chose a Denon unit with a pair of Wharfdale floor standing speakers which were ex display but in perfect condition when they arrived the following day from order placement. The sales person was very helpful and it was nice to deal with a home grown business rather than an American conglomerate. I love my setup even if my wife finds it too loud.

Had purchased several times from Richer Sounds from their online shop and been very satisfied with the price and delivery. Was after a device that required calling their phone line to order. The agent said that he would check stock in nearby stores and sure enough he found one unit close by. Called them and they were happy to take my order and arrange delivery. Regretably DPD ended up missplacing the package which resulted in a 7 day delivery instead of 48hrs. The store staff were the absolute best and helped track the unit and assured me that they could find a replacement if needed. In the end all was good and the unit arrived, installed and working great. Amazing friendly service from the staff at Richer Sounds Stockport. Well done guys!

John the guy that served us in your Stockport store made the difference. He spoke knowledgably about the various, options available, gave pointers on sound quality of different cd players before allowing us to make our choice, not pushing us towards something we didnt want or need and then provided advice an additional discount that the VIP membership gave us. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be back when we finally move house for a full system. Cheers John.

The person who served us was quick to pinpoint my needs and happy to discuss alternative equipment. He was open about any downsides as well as the plus points of alternatives. Pricing was fair and competitive. A further small item not then in stock was posted to me within days. THANKYOU!

Excellent sales service at RS Stockport

Excellent delivery service. Two RS guys brought the heavy speakers in to the house.

The Manager was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I bought a CD / amp but had trouble setting up the WiFi for internet radio and streaming as there was no manual. It's now sorted and I am very happy. My last amp, which I bought from Richer Sounds approx 47 years ago, packed up. Not bad going.

I negociated a very good price for the equiptment that I purchased, then there was a problem with the new card. The Stockport staff were very supportive and eventually, the card behaved and the purchase went through. Great communications all round, and a well informed and efficient delivery experience.
