Ordered a unit on 1/10 on 48 hour delivery. Monday came and no delivery. Tracking useless. Half the item eventually arrived on 8/10. The other half is god knows where. Apparently the delivery company xdp split the delivery at their warehouse. What kind of incompetent delivery company does that?! Judging by other reviews I would say that you need to reevaluate who you use for deliveries. These clowns are worse than Hermes and that is saying something. I would absolutely avoid this company until they start using a more reputable delivery company as at the moment it is a shambles and a complete farce. Makes the company look like an utter joke. You would actually be safer ordering from China than here.

Ordered on 29th and it still isn’t here.
I’ve called twice as received no tracking. Was told once it would be here today, now it’s due tomorrow. We shall see.

The bed was good quality and the delivery was very fast

Company is very pro active in sorting any issues, I received a partial refund as there was slight damage. Happy with overall service.

Easy to order, delivery was as expected and was kept informed of when it would arrive. Putting the cabinet together was ok once you re-read the instructions. Definitely needs 2/3 people to install unit on the wall. Cabinet looks lovely once set up, tele on wall, everything else in cabinet and it looks very smart. Love the gloss look at the front of the cabinet.

I got the wardrobe delivered 2 months ago and there was a missing box. I’ve been emailing them for weeks now and they just say that I need to speak to the delivery company I still haven’t got a refund and they’ve accused me twice of not being home when I have sat at home all day and missed work for the collection and they’ve never turned up. I really wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from here if less you want to waste your time and money.

Ordered tv unit online on 17th September, delivered next day! Courier service was also excellent. Both Right Deals UK and Couriers kept me fully updated with my order from start to delivery. Excellent website and competitive prices. Quality merchandise. Would certainly recommend.

Ordered 2 sofa beds, company informed they were both damaged in transit and couldn’t replace them. Fine, but this was in July and as of September 18th, I’m still waiting for a refund. They are not responding to emails and trying to talk to a human is like finding the Arc of the Covenant! Personally I won’t use them again, really poor customer service.

I have ordered a TV cabinet few weeks ago, and I haven’t got the item yet. They said, it would take few days, but still nothing in my home.

I am not the type of person who complains but when a company completely ignores you for a month then it gets very frustrating, especially considering I still have 3 large boxes lying in my hall.

I have tried every means of communication, you don’t take calls, you read Facebook messages then don’t reply, I have sent about a dozen emails, I have now left 3 reviews on this. Definitely the worst customer service I have ever had.

Fantastic customer service given by a really helpful lady called Shaheda who helped sort out a refund for me after having to send an item back she was very calm and understanding at a time when i was stressed and upset thankyou very much,

The bed is complete, both parcels received together. All parts included and undamaged.
Only let down was delivery was 4 hrs late. 9:10 pm. So instead of testing out the bed we could only check the pieces.
My son has started to assemble before he's gone to work and it's going very smoothly. It looks like we have a brilliant buy. Thank you

Ordered a new bed and matress last Monday and on theor website it states 1 - 2 working days delivery, bed and matress where dispatched on same day but not delivered, rang customer services on Saturday nothing they can do as its dispatched, asked could a mnager contact me today (Tuesday) as BH Monday, no contact, please don't buy anything from them, if your in a hurry for delivwry as they dont accept responsibility and I quote the girl I spoke to in customer service, yeah we really should get that delivery time changed on our website.

Product wasnt fit for use due to the fittings not able to support weight of unit

We purchased two wardrobes for the kids in December 2019 as part of a large order (order number 217028). Only half (1 of 2 required packages containing the doors and a few parts were delivered. We were promised the other parts would be delivered in Jan/Feb claiming the supplier experienced water damage in his warehouse. We agreed to their proposed 6 weeks wait expecting the items in Jan/Feb 2020. Over 8 months after our purchase, the items have not been delivered, we have received no response to our emails in the last 3-4 months, they just stopped replying us, no response to messages sent through their website, no refunds despite our asking them to retrieve the incomplete wardrobes and refund the money. They seem to be a law unto themselves with no one to hold them responsible. At the moment, they are not receiving phone calls and not replying emails. I hope someone in this company takes responsibility and replys my review/sorts this out. Of course it was my first and definitely last purchase with them. I truly regret dealing with them. Whatever relatively better price they offer is not worth it. We have been unable to purchase wardrobes elsewhere as we have been unsure if they will show up with the other half. Right now, we just want our refund and want them to retrieve their incomplete delivery. I have never dealt with such an irresponsible seller and truly wonder why they are in the business if this is their attitude to a failed service.
