When I called initially - I didn't have to wait long to talk to somebody - which was a great start. Sorry I cannot remember the name of the person I spoke to but she was very friendly and professional. The process for arranging a visit was straightforward and sensible - no pointless questions etc. The engineers fixed the problem and were again friendly and professional. The cost was more than I expected but the labour charge was made clear to me when I arranged the visit and it was a same day service so fair enough. Probably - and I didn't ask - so partly my fault - the cost of the parts could have been made clearer and I guess possibly a range of options could have been offered. (My kitchen sink taps were being replaced - so different range of taps perhaps?) That said the job was done in as much time as it would take to do - no nonsense of taking longer than an hour for the sake of increasing the cost. Overall a very good experience - but not the cheapest!

This company rips you off. They charged us (an elderly couple) more than £400 for 2 call outs and parts, to fix a toilet that in the end still wasn’t fixed. I called a local plumber who fixed the job in half an hour for less than 1/3 of their charge, I would not recommend!

Bad start to a company I have just signed up to for 18 months. Toilet was not fixed properly, appointments not timely and in one case delayed despite problem. Rushed job - not checking for long enough when finished. Why have I signed up? Maybe it will get better.

The plumbers spent less than 10 minutes in my home, said they needed a part and promised to return the following morning. They never returned and Rightio has charged me claiming they have completed the job! And the plumbers turned up without any tools!
Very poor and recommend you avoid.

In a very stressful situation I was immediately put at ease. I had tried a couple of other listed locksmiths who advertised 24 hours call outs only to be told no one was available but this company came to my rescue. I did have a longer wait that was first told but the engineer rang to explain he was stuck in traffic so knew what time to expect him.

Extremely good came out and tried fixing the shower but parts no longer available so went to get a replacement shower and fitted it on the same day we telephoned the company.

I rang and accepted a quote for the call out and first hours work (£145) which I thought was a bit steep, however I accepted. Ten minutes later I got a text to say the appointment was cancelled, no explanation.
Waste of time !

Didn’t expect a hard sell for a new boiler for a relatively small repair, and then because I decided to leave the plan they implemented what they called the full price of £222.00 and won’t budge on that. Not Happy…

Superb quality plumbing by an expert. Very happy with my new kitchen tap. Not cheap but top quality.

hink I just had one of the scariest experiences with any service company. Plumber was late I phoned my times to cancel as plumber is late and when he came to look at my shower and never checked in and out from home in 2 minutes Thank goodness I didn't give them any card details and never sign any paperwork they send me link to pay £162 and if they insist me to pay then I will definitely complaints to trading standard Hopefully will resolve but I would warn anyone (especially vulnerable people) to not use this company!

I had no problem making an appointment over the phone. On the day, Mark (plumber) gave me an ETA about when he would be able to start the job. I had been told in advance the cost would be £150 + VAT for the first hour. He’d finished in 40 minutes. For convenience alone, these guys are good for smaller jobs. In hindsight I should have bought the parts for the toilet cistern flush replacements in advance. It would have saved me some money. Otherwise all good.

Avoid! Initially a positive experience- plumber available next day and job completed promptly, albeit well above market average for hourly fees. Sealant around bath replaced. In less than four months we had gaps in the sealant and patches of black mould. Plumber visited at my request and I was told this is normal after this time and was not their fault. They then tried to charge me £102 for this six minute "consultation" Extremely disappointing, such poor customer service following inadequate and ineffective work being carried out. Can not, in good conscience ever recommend this company.

Call receptionist was unpleasant and disrespectful. Worse still, they would only consider attending if actual water was seen from tank leak, unbelievable. Water stains on ceiling and wall was quite sufficient for another plumber. They even asked if I had a loft ladder and lights, when professional tradesmen carry their own, regardless. AVOID. Google reviews summary shows they are expensive + unreliable. Fortunately, there's plenty others available

Very good company. I needed a pumbler on the same day or next day worst case... 99% of those "handymen" from Facebook or Google din't even bother to answer the phone or respond texts. So, rang to this company around 1pm, and I had bathroom leaking sorted on same day! Yes, you'll pay a little more, but the customer service, quality and the warranty that they offer worth the investment.

Darren is the right man to ask for, very thorough. Tells you what is happening and why, explains the work all way through. Had a new consumer unit and various other wiring. Very hard working and polite. Recommend him and this company.
