I am compelled to share my experience regarding the management and payment practices at this company, which have been deeply troubling. Historically, the company has shown a concerning pattern of delayed or unpaid salaries, which was a major factor in the closure of the London branch. The persistent issues with salary payments led to a situation where employees had no choice but to take legal action, culminating in a tribunal due to non-payment.
The situation has not improved with the company’s relocation to the US. Now, with staff based in the Philippines and delivery operations in Ukraine, the management, particularly Mr Amit Raibi, continues to exploit these arrangements. Employees often face uncertainty about when, or even if, they will be paid, depending on the company’s financial status.
It is important to note that any positive reviews about the company should be viewed with skepticism, as the owners, including Dady Dalal and Mr Amit Raibi are well aware of these problematic practices but choose to ignore them. This ongoing pattern of behavior reflects poorly on the company’s work ethic and respect for its employees. Prospective employees and business partners should be aware of these issues before engaging with the company.
