Excellent customer service - as simple as that!!!!
I purchased a Ring RAC900 compressor just before lockdown and needless to say it hasn't had a lot of use. The compressor developed a fault. I called the technical support line and explained the problem and that if I could buy the necessary spares I would be able to fix it myself. However the representative from Ring was insistent that the compressor should not have gone wrong this early in its life and replaced the compressor unit FOC. The new unit was delivered within 3 working days. Excellent, good old fashioned service at its best. Will definitely consider Ring products again

Shoddy product that failed miserably
I would just like to say the customer service sucks .
I had a faulty product that let me down when I needed it most.
The company was no help whatsoever , I would say they were very arrogant and I would never contemplate buying any product of theirs.

Excellent customer service
I contacted customer services needing a replacement part for an air compressor
My request was dealt with by Edward who was brilliant, as the part I needed wasn't available he went out of his way to source a replacement which would work
With that sort of service I will definitely be buying their products again
