I live too far away from visiting a RIXO shop, but I have ordered online, and customer service, quality of clothing and delivery has been excellent.
I can only describe my RIXO dresses as timeless, beautiful dresses which fit really well. I had a special event and needed something different. That was the beginning of my love for RIXO, and I’ve purchased several since then❤️

Amazing customer service
I had an issue with my delivery (due to the address auto filling and being sent to the wrong address - my own fault) and the customer service team were super helpful, came back to me quickly and kept me up to date with their conversations with Royal Mail. Genuinely one of the most helpful customer service teams I’ve dealt with. Oh and the dress was gorgeous when I did get it.

Fantastic personal service- such a rarity
The staff are incredibly helpful and will go out of their way to deliver prompt and helpful service. One item recently appeared out of stock on their website and a lovely staff member managed to track a sole remaining dress in my size from one of their stores and arrange speedy delivery. The only issue I have is deciding which one of their beautiful dresses to wear to my daughter’s wedding!

I recently went to the bridal store on Kings Road. The shop was so beautiful and the bridal area was absolutely perfect - very calm with everything you could wish for. It was the best experience and helped me find my wedding dress!

I love Rixo. I have been loyal to this brand for many many years. The designs are flattering, the materials used are of high quality. The dresses I bought years ago are still current and fashionable. I love that they don’t make too many of each so your design is still unique. It’s created for women and that’s what’s best :-)

Rixo dresses are the most flattering, beautiful dresses to wear. I love all of mine (6) couldn’t pick a favourite. You would know they were designed by women. They hang beautifully.

The fabric falls effortlessly and the pattern is striking.
The style fits true to size - size 10 and it is not too long - sometimes Rixo is a little long on my 5 ft 4 frame.

Money theft and terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - I’ve been a loyal customer of RIXO and had the worst experience. Royal Mail didn’t deliver and it has been ‘returned to sender’ - despite having received no products and having this notification, and having back and forth correspondence, RIXO are contravening the Consumer Rights act 2015 and won’t provide a refund, apart from a 4.95 delivery fee! Daylight robbery and appalling customer service.

We’d like to reassure you that we fully intend to process a refund and that your request has not been declined. Unfortunately, your order wasn’t successfully delivered and is currently on its way back to us via Royal Mail following a failed delivery attempt, as shown in the tracking updates.
In line with our usual returns process and UK consumer guidelines, we do need to receive the parcel back at our warehouse before we’re able to complete the refund, unless it is formally confirmed as lost by the carrier. This return-to-sender process can take up to 10 working days, and your parcel is still within this timeframe. Please be assured that your case remains open and actively monitored.
As soon as the parcel arrives back with us, we’ll move forward with the next steps straight away. If it doesn’t return within the expected period, we’ll of course follow this up with Royal Mail and take the appropriate action.
We completely understand how frustrating delivery issues can be, and we’re very sorry that this experience hasn’t met your expectations. Our aim is always to resolve matters fairly and transparently, and we appreciate your patience while this is being completed.

I ordered 2 dresses in different sizes…
I ordered 2 dresses in different sizes - returned one and kept the other (which is beautiful). The dresses arrived very quickly and returns process was very straightforward. The refund was pending in my account just a few days after I sent my return. I was extremely happy with the service from Rixo from start to finish.
