The Melbourne showroom is beautiful, really helpful to see the furniture in person. This bed is great quality and looks really luxe in person. Delivery was brilliant. I would highly recommend this bed in terms of style and price point you can’t beat it.

I called to ask if the buffet unit was on the floor so I could come see it, but since it wasn't the lady sent me photos to my phone which was lovely of the side table which is the same material. I absolutely love the buffet it's perfect and recommend the white glove delivery!!

I ordered a print of the Lemons & Oranges in a checkered bowl design for my kitchen. It really completes this space and adds a touch of freshness and elegance. The team are RJ Living are so helpful! I picked up my order from the warehouse, it was seamless. I was running earlier than my pick up time slot and called the warehouse, they were so accommodating. Quality of the sofa was amazing, it’s my second purchase.

Good customer service in the store and fast delivery.

I purchased a bed frame from RJ Living eight months ago and was told at the time of purchase that it would be delivered within 12 weeks. Eight months later, I am still waiting.

A bed frame is an essential household item, and it has been incredibly frustrating having to follow up almost every week just to get an update. Their customer support has also been rude, unhelpful and disappointing throughout the process.

This has been a terrible experience. Anyone considering purchasing from RJ Living should be very cautious about their promised delivery timeframes and the level of after-sales support they may receive.

I can’t seem to update my previous review to let you know the order has been delayed again?! Now onto my 4th delay, and moving onto 3 months of waiting. No response from RJ Living despite me contacting them directly and them commenting on my previous review stating they would reach out.
