RJ Living Avis

The product is really well made and good quality. Dispatch and delivery took significantly longer than expected (nearly 8 weeks).

Easy purchase and very safe delivery with great packaging to reduce damage risk

This couch look beautiful in the space, but I definitely wouldn’t say it’s comfortable. The back is very hard and the base is slowly softening, but still very firm. Addition of cushions has helped make it a bit more comfortable. The seats are also not very deep.
The service was great and turned up in good time.

RJ Living have been great to deal with. Our delivery was delayed and couldn’t be tracked with the third party courier but they did everything they could do help. Table has now been delivered and we love it!

Fast shipping! Great product!

Love the pillow! Super fast shipping

Amazing team and communication. Really happy with my throw, a lovely product.

Love the table and chairs, suits the space and matches my joinery perfectly

Company was very kind to offer a discount for my purchase, was kept up to date with my order & delivery was very fast. Will continue to purchase for this store 😊

Have purchased a desk a couch and a cushion in separate transactions.

The couch delivery was delayed which was frustrating however the team communicated regularly and did a great job assisting me with my order. There was some confusion regarding right hand chaise and were extremely efficient and responsive to sort this out for me and on this basis would highly recommend.

This was my second time ordering from RJ, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. The staff and delivery drivers are absolutely lovely, communication was excellent throughout, and my order arrived right on time.

I’m already looking forward to purchasing my next piece of furniture!

I’m delighted with the professionalism I received from RJ Living. From the initial email correspondence/information provided to the order and dispatch time/ delivery. Everything was completed as scheduled. Once the artie earth marble coffee table arrived, it was packed so carefully and beautiful beyond my expectations. It is a forever piece. I love it.

A beautiful colour and distinctive design. Feels amazing underfoot and suits my room perfectly.

Great Piece

Nice piece, delivered when they said it would - looks great - good quality

We used the RJ Living consult to help select a sofa for the lounge. Special thanks to Madison and Ruben at the Hawthorn showroom, we love our new stretch sofa - it works perfectly in our space!

Love it! Statement for the house!

The customer service team were polite each time I contacted them.
The furniture arrived after the original date promised at time of purchase, which was dissappointing. Bought early November promised before Christmas and arrived after the New year.
The delivery driver was a polite gentleman, however he was by himself which meant he struggled to get these large and heavy pieces onto his dolly. We were a bit scared they were going to be damaged, but the packaging was excellent, so the furniture was undamaged.
The furniture is lovely, the modular lounge pieces we bought to build our sofa fit well in a tricky room in which columns break up the space.
The eucalyptus colour is cool, calming and contemporary, yet nod’s to the 70’s. The lounge is slightly firm but very comfortable, (we have all had a snooze on the lounge.)
The entertainment unit and sideboard are elegant minimal pieces in oak with push open doors.
We are happy with our RJ Living furniture.

In May I ordered a Settle desk (in stock) which eventually was delivered in late June. Apparently the warehouse was being relocated so customer orders were not shipped. There was no communication.
The desk is solid timber and well constructed. The aesthetic is let down by the lower grade timber on the surface which has numerous unattractive knots. I would consider the quality to be a little above the Ikea solid timer pieces at a disproportionate higher price point.

Interesting when I attempted to leave a review that was. Less than 5 stars it didn’t appear on the website as the reviews are managed by a marketing company.

I would have given RJ 4 stars if not for my and others similar experiences, lack of transparency and their selective filtering of reviews.

Great quality timber piece. Very solid construction. Only negative was delivery experience which was done by a single driver with poor quality equipment to handle almost 100kg box and 2.65m length. Had to help lift and push up a steep driveway otherwise it would not have made it out of the tiny truck.
