I am so disappointed in my experience…
I am so disappointed in my experience with RJ Living. After very difficult months, with there being issues with shipping and RJ Livings customer services not following up on the multiple delays, i received the bedside tables. Unfortunately the marble are so different in the tables it looks like completely different products. It's such a disappointment when you pay thousands of dollars for a bedside table for it not to match each other at all. When raising the issue, RJ Living suggested I could return the item at my own cost minus a stocking fee of 30% as it's not a fault or issue in their eyes that bedside tables that are bought as a set for one room doesn't look the same.

Regarding the variation in the marble, all of our marble pieces are made from 100% natural stone, and because each slab is cut from a different part of the stone, no two pieces will ever be identical. Natural veining and colour variation are part of what makes genuine marble unique, though we understand this may not have met your expectations for a matching set.

Helpful, friendly staff
Super helpful staff who got me out of a (probably) self created pick-up dilemma as I live 4 1/2 hours away. Christine solved my problem and arranged a time for pick-up. She and the other staff I interacted with from RJ both in person at the sales shop and over the phone could not have been more friendly or helpful. Thank you.

Beautiful Loft bar stools
The Loft stools are beautifully made and comfortable. The oak looks great and the narrower dimensions are perfect for a small counter overhang. They came well packaged and I appreciate the care instructions available on the website.

Misleading advertising very slow dispatch
The worst company order 1-2 day dispatch to have it shipped 12 days later and told up to 20 days delivery time with no tracking - buyer beware taking them to the ACCC.

Amazing Customer Service
I've purchased a dining table and 6 chairs from RJ Living, they are absolutely stunning and beautiful quality. Although one chair arrived damaged, Donna from customer support was extremely attentive and helpful, immediately organising a replacement and pickup of the damaged chair. Such a smooth process. Amazing service all round, and so happy with my new dining area.
