Impressive Service
I mistakenly ordered the incorrect size boots on line and once I realised, I called Robin elt Shoes. The person whom I spoke with was extremely helpful and, I ordered the correct size boots which arrived the following day. At the same time, I returned the incorrect item and within a few day from postage, I was refunded. I am impressed so far with the service.

Good customer service
Quick return and refund for shoes that did not fit my wide feet. Will consider buying another pair, because I know that if they do not fit, I can return them straight away.

Shit service. I won't be back.
Place an order for a single item for valentines and the order was confirmed. Received an email 2 days later saying that the product isn't of saleable quality and the order has been cancelled. The product shouldn't have even been on the website. Now I have to rush around in the short time I have left. Shit service, I won't be shopping here again.

Better than I thought!
I wasn't sure about buying the boots, due to the price really, but when they arrived, they were better than expected. Wow! They're a great fit and so comfortable to walk in.

Sadly the shoes were not right but I thought the company were excellent. Quick efficient service, shoes arrived within 48 hours. No fuss return policy, and I was informed of receipt of returned goods and my money refunded very quickly!

Administratively everything to do with my order and subsequent size change was handled efficiently. Unfortunately size 43 were not available at the time of my request and no definitive timeline for new stock was able to be given.

Really pleased with my Alice boots, bought to replace one of my two pairs after 3 years of daily walking in them.
They are totally waterproof .
