You let me pay for a product you didn't have in stock. Paid for one evening, the following morning I receive an email saying sorry not in stock. We will send your money back in 5-7 working days.

I bought and paid of boots which you then cancelled as you they weren't of good enough condition. No offer of an alternative product or sourcing of other boots, just a cancelled order.
