So far so good. Just passed my first two exams, the second one after a free resit. I was grateful for the help and advice from Frederick who helped me get over the line with my AI-901. Looking forward to my next exams as I look forward to becoming a qualified Data Engineer and Data Analyst.

I had a great learning experience tonight with Fred during the AZ-900 training. I’m beginning to understand the material much more clearly, and things are starting to come together.

Robust it are a great company and give more than what they advertise. i was able to complete all of my certificates with a mixture of classroom amd self study materials.

the real reflection of this review comes from the aftercare i received whilst trying to get my first cyber role. Jake, the careers person at robust has been incredible. he is super busy but if you reach out, he will assist you until the interview stages are complete and he is needed again. i wouldn't have been able to land my first role without his guidance. thank you jake and thank you robust.

Currently going through the PowerBI Data Analyst course that they provide and getting help from the tutor "Frederick Anaafi" with any issues to do with PowerBI and other services, incredibly happy with the service and will be taking all the help I can get until I pass the exam :D

Had recently attended a Microsoft SC-900 classroom hosted by Eddie. The class was very informative and well explained. Eddie made sure that the whole class was following along and fully understanding what he was teaching, making sure that nobody was left out. Was also able to answer all the questions asked by the students too. Highly recommended for those who want to give it a go. Well Done Eddie!

I enrolled in the course AZ900 back in January 2026 and I was really slow to start, due to work commitment and then ongoing issues. Though I can be self motivated, I was grateful for the support which I have received. Follow ups with emails and text messages. Good materials and the trainer Admire has insight knowledge when teaching the sessions. I am pleased to have chosen Robust IT.

I had a very good experience with Robust IT’s classroom training. The sessions were interactive, engaging, and easy to follow, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and participate in discussions.

The training helped me fill in gaps in my existing knowledge and gave me a clearer understanding of areas I had previously found confusing. The trainer explained the topics well and connected the theory with practical examples, which made the learning experience much more effective.

Overall, I found the classroom training valuable and would definitely recommend Robust IT to anyone looking to develop their IT knowledge and skills.

Robust IT has provided solid training for me from start to finish. Admire, my instructor, has been excellent. He breaks down complex topics in a way that makes sense and stays patient throughout the whole journey. Sean has been great with support, always quick to respond and ready to sort out any issues or questions I had. The team is reliable, friendly, and clearly cares about their students. I’d definitely continue with them in the future.

Started the Certified Ethical Hacker course back in October. Self learning programme with videos, progress questions and mock exams.
If I’m honest, the videos aren’t great and I probably learnt more from doing my own research. The mock exams are useful but worded and phrased very differently from the exams so learning core concepts and how things work is pretty important.
Once you have passed Network+, then Security+ looks like a doddle.
My most positive experience has been the recruitment side of the business once I completed my Network+ when I started applying for jobs. Jake initially sent me pages of questions about my previous work experience which I answered as thoroughly as I could. He then updated my CV, making it as IT friendly as possible and incorporating my transferable skills.
Thinking that’s where the support would end I then started applying but Jake checked in with me again and once I gave him some direction of where I wanted to be, he sent me a comprehensive list of jobs to apply for. When I was invited for an initial interview, Jake sent me a really thorough interview pack which aided my interview prep and made me feel confident going in.
In summary, I think the course info is pretty average and you will only get out what you put in but the aftercare support has been immense.

Been struggling to get started on my courses but after a email with Darren been booked into a day time class to help get me started. He recommended a 1-1. I booked this in with Fred and he was brilliant, answered all my questions and boosted my confidence to start the course after being a bit anxious and I’m now looking forward to starting. Thank you!
