I have been a very loyal customer of yours for last 10 years and my family has spent heavily with your company. My last purchase July 2026 amounted to £26000 and was business done over the phone looking at your ex . Stock . There was a simple request to change the order by reducing the dinning chairs from 8 to 6 . This was refused. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I do not think I and my family will shop at your shop . There are plenty of fish in the sea and times are tough and you need loyalty. I recently purchased my furnitures from the Roche Bobois showroom in Finchley and had a great experience.
