Roche Bobois - Walton on Thames - Surrey Avis 

Dimitris in Walton-on-Thames is an excellent sales consultant for the company. He is extremely knowledgeable about Roche Bobois range of products and gives very insightful advice on design and colour choices. It was a really pleasant and easy experience choosing items for our new home and we will be returning!

I recently visited the Walton on Thames showroom to purchase a corner sofa and chair. The staff were extremely helpful. I saw Dimitris who went out of his way to help me decide on fabrics and colours because there are so many to choose from. He even set up a WhatsApp group for me to post any concerns, which I did today and he came back to me. On a Sunday! The showroom is not open today, but he still replied. Exemplary Customer Services and such pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Dimitris. You’re a superstar!

Abolsute farce for product quality and customer service from Walton Surrey branch . Delivered nearly 2 months late and then one table lamp marble base was chipped and one didn’t work. Waited 6 weeks for replacements and they have resent completely broken lamps. Then waited another month for anotjer totally smashed base to arrive today. And they totally forgot to deliver a replacement dor the other broken one!! The managers at the shop dont care and wont take calls or return ours. Only the delivery drive (who was deeply embarrased and kept stressing this isnt normal for roche bobois) showed any concern. No manager would pick up the phone and talk to us. Ordered in sept and still got 2 hugely expensive lights that dont work on 31 dec! Lovely designs, but a deeply shocking company when something goes wrong.

Dana provided exceptional service throughout our entire project. She is incredibly knowledgeable and delivered amazing 3D renders that clearly showed how the room would look once completed. Her expertise made the process smooth and enjoyable, and it was truly a pleasure working with her. Highly recommended!

Great service by Niniya and David. We had all the time we needed to browse and decide what we wanted. They accommodated our need to have the delivery in Italy without any problems. We are super happy.
