Healthy and substantial plug plants
This is the first time I am using Rocket Gardens. I like the fact that the plants come in 3s and each of them are pretty substantial plug plants. It felt like I had to wait a long time for the plants but when they arrived I was very happy with them. The delivery was delayed during a very hot spell and I was worried that they would not be any good like some of the other companies I used. But to my surprise every plant was beautifully wrapped and labelled and stayed healthy. It was remarkable. I will certainly buy from Rocket Gardens again but just need to plan ahead and order early.

We are sorry you were not happy with our ordering system, I can see your order is due for delivery today.
We do try to make our customers aware at the time of ordering when we expect to ship new orders and there are links to our delivery FAQs on each page of the website that outlines expected shipping times. As with growing live plants there can sometimes be delays that are out of our control (i.e weather changes, crop issues, etc). We aim to keep you updated if there are any specific issues with your order though.
We are always making improvements to our main delivery season and take your comments on board.

Just received my veg plants from Rocket Gardens - Cobra beans, courgettes and sweetcorn. They are absolutely supeb - great condition and perfectly packaged. I’ve tried a few other companies in the past, bur Rocket outshine them all. I’m a customer for life now.

My plants arrived 'in great shape'
My plants arrived in 'great shape' - heartening that the seller rate their products/and so wrap/pack them carefully. I purchased peppers/mint and basil and as I'm not the most 'green fingered' welcomed the tips for planting etc...
Delivered DPD Local Bank Holiday Sunday so very appreciative they didn't have to sit around all week-end too. Actually today the weather is hot.

Extremely Disappointed!
Bought quite a few plants none of which survived!! I also bought plug & 9cm pot plants from supermarkets & online garden centres and they survived & blooming. Just saying....

a good set of plants.
My order arrived carefully in good order and well packed. The plants looked very healthy. I liked that the individual plants weren't kept in individual plastic pockets, but were packed moist, in paper-bags - taped to boxes. The plants were more mature than I expected from plugs.

Appalling service
Appalling service; delivery of my plants has been delayed 4 times, by a week at a time, so far. No apologies - simply a notification, each time, of a further delay. I would advise people to order from a more reliable vendor.

A Fabulous little Company
I have had 2 orders from Rocket Gardens & both times plants have arrived in good condition & packaged well, packaging is all recyclable. Delivery was good & good communication from Rocket Gardens regarding shipping & delivery etc.
I honestly haven’t a bad thing to say about this company, 100% recommend.

The veg plants I ordered were amazing delivered in excellent condition and packed with such care they arrived in perfect condition I ordered a pack of veg plants that had a variety and very good value for money so pleased I’ve just ordered some more veg plants including pumpkins grandchildren so excited and after reading the beautiful booklet that came with the plants some companion plants that can help with pests when growing veg and loverly quality time with my grandchildren last weekend planting them and working for the NHS I needed that quiet time here’s looking forward to my other plants and a summer in the garden well done to the company

Awesome shop
Awesome shop, all the plants I have received have arrived at the right time for planting, and looking strong and healthy.
The quality of the vegetable plug plants makes it easy to get a garden going at the right time.
I will only buy my plug plants from Rocket Gardens from now on, as it just makes life so much easier.

Great experience
I’m surprised to read some of the poorer reviews. My experience was 5 star. Delivery is a bit slower but I was kept in the loop and never chased. The plants arrived beautifully packaged and in good shape. I have ordered a lot of plants on line and these are by far the best I have ever received. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Well done 👏🏻

Very well packaged
I’ve just received flower plug plants.
They were very well packaged and extremely healthy looking plugs.
They are all potted on ready for better weather but just wanted to say how pleased and impressed I am with my first purchase from this company.
