I had a fantastic experience with Bombay Basket! My order was delivered right on time, which I really appreciated. What impressed me the most was the packaging — it was incredibly neat, secure, and unlike anything I’ve seen before. Every product was handled with great care and arrived in perfect condition.

Ordered mangoes along with other groceries, and unfortunately the quality of the mangoes was extremely poor. Very disappointing experience.
Tried reaching out to customer support via email, but received no response. Calling their customer care number simply directs you back to email, which in our experience has not been effective in previous instances either.
We do have photos to support the condition of the mangoes received.
The parcel also included a note from management mentioning it was packed by Ekta and Dipa.
Overall, quite dissatisfied with both the product quality and the lack of customer service.

Food was fresh. Everything was well packed. Items with best before dates had plenty of date left on. Parcel arrived on time and in good condition. Super value for money. No complaints here.
