After being stopped and fined for having a slightly smaller plate I chose Rola plates as my preferred option to replace the 'illegal' one. They make legal size lettering on the smallest possible plate which is just what I wanted instead of the standard bigger wind-catcher hanging off the back of my bike! Their service is hassle free and very fast indeed and postage is free! The quality of their products are excellent and I'm very impressed with the price too, ,I'd highly recommend Rola plates and will certainly be using them again. A top class business.

2nd order I’ve made with these guys and the quality is at the best every time. Cannot fault them. The team are quick to respond and quick to get the plates sent out. Car looks mega with the plates on (ordered hex plates with 3d gels) will be using again 💪🏼

Quality product, amazing customer service!
Always trust these guys to make a set of plates for my private registrations. Never had any issues, very prompt with delivery and are very accommodating. These guys are always open to feedback and suggestions, they even sell square plates which was a request I had made several years ago to be introduced! Will always use these guys for plates and would absolutely recommend. Cheers team!

Saw an advert for Rola Plates so checked them out and found it very quick and easy to order a new number plate for my bike. They communicate what’s required to buy the plate and delivery was within a couple of days.

Never again would I use you . Im a biker and have a lot of friends that are also bikers and a lot of bike mechanic friends. They will all be told to avoid you . I ordered a number plate you sent me one that I didn't order, you actually made it upside down feed me a load of rubbish about the lettering even though it was exactly the same as the one advertised, Then instead of offering me a replacement or my money back you offered me 10% off if I bought another one . Disgusting way to run a business . Unable to reply to your reply so I will add it here . You are basically liying to make your self look good . You 100% sent me the plate made up side down from what you was advertising i have photos to prove it . You also offered me a 10% off if i bought another one .

Hi Mark,
As discussed on multiple occasions throughout our email discussions, the plate supplied was correct and matched the product and style ordered. No “upside down” plate was manufactured or supplied.
You ordered a profiled motorbike plate, which is specifically cut around the lettering of the registration. As a result, the exact shape and dimensions of the plate vary depending on the registration itself. This is clearly shown in both the product images and description.
As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a 25% discount towards a replacement custom plate, not 10%, despite the product supplied being correct. This offer was declined.
Despite having to deal with such rude emails and comments left all over our social pages for a plate that was correct, we even processed you a refund through PayPal.

No where on the site did It say I would need id for a show plate, also when I requested a refund I was charged a card fee and something else. I run the same card system as you and know if you refund it no charges are made. Definitely won’t be using you again

Hi Aaron,
It is the law to check documentation when manufacturing and supplying number plates.
If you're ordering a real registration even as a show plate, we are still required to check for proof of ownership. This is the law and helps to prevent number plate cloning, I'm sure you wouldn't want us to send your registration to someone random even as a 'show plate'!
Our documentation process is outlined very clearly on our website and is also mentioned on every single product page, confirmation page and your confirmation email.

I couldn’t ask for a better service, if anyone should ask about professionalism it’s this company, customer service second to none as well a the product. They answered every question within 15 minutes, I did ask a few , but it was never a problem they got straight back to me ….
