We are committed to providing excellent customer service for online and walk-in clients alike, offering immediate response, friendly and approachable customer service and secure transactions.
Rolex Watch Trader (RWT) have been in the market place for 20 years in which time the business model has continually developed. All aspects of our work are always evolving as we study the major brands and key players within our field. This is paired with a huge passion for watches, which has been a natural component helping us grow at the rate we have, credit to the committed hard work and dedication shared by the entire team.
We operate from a secure office on an appointment only basis, in the heart of Manchester City Centre. If you are unable to make it to our office and make a purchase online instead, or decide to sell via post, our committed team are on hand to guide you step by step. You can trust us to make the entire process transparent, stress-free and effortless. When shipping we will package and deliver your watch in a uncompromised fashion, ensuring a fully insured, secure, tracked and where possible a next working day delivery (or on an alternative day which suits you). We also are able to visit you in the security of your home or work place to close a transaction face to face.
We at RWT understand watches are precious both as a purchase and when it comes to their sentimental value. We have a strict and fine-tuned policy when processing watches prior to resale. If any work is required, we will send the watch straight to the manufacturer for service and/or replacement parts. This gives us and our clients the peace of mind that the physical condition, function and history are at an exceptional level. This process is expensive, but we embrace the standards set with years of investment, research and development by the manufacturer and we always look to adhere to the same. This ensures in our knowledge that our clients will receive a truly special product.
Our customers quickly understand and appreciate our "here to help" rather than "here to buy/sell" approach once you engage with us. We always invite you to read the reviews left by our clients on Trustpilot prior to making a decision when seeking to buy, sell or part exchange. If you are happy with what you have read so far, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to assist with any query you may have.

Please be very careful with him. He contacts by WhatsApp and then is very rude. I have the thread on WhatsApp and will upload. Please do not put your trust in this crook.

Initial contact by this client was via email. I will always make immediate contact calling them. If there is no answer I will follow up with WhatsApp message where he then makes immediate contact.
He would refuse to make a call insisted all communication was via WhatsApp whilst trying to sell us a watch for circa £9,500
I will never buy anything from a new lead without a conversation on the phone. Who would.
For those who are new to us we are verified & trusted on Watchfinder, Chrono24 and eBay. Our HMRC remains up to date. Our website is a true reflection of the stock we hold. I am available pretty much any time to discuss if you are looking to buy or sell.
Visit us at our office in Mayfair or Manchester. Everyone is welcome.

Felix .. Bought a watch via Chrono24 where prior to checkout it clearly informs the buyer who is based in Miami USA of the customs fees applicable when buying from a UK seller.
We delivered the exact watch as described, with no complaints in regards to the watch.
How we or Chrono24 are to be held responsible is mind boggling when the buyer fails to read the order prior to making the payment.

Totally honest? - was sceptical to start with. You hear so many horror stories but couldn’t have been further from the truth. Asil was a pleasure to do business with. Really straight forward process, responded to messages quickly and professionally and gave me a great price for my Rolex. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or to recommend to friends and family.

Amazing Price, Exceptional service.
I have been on the search for a discontinued Rolex DATEJUST, I have looked everywhere possible, Then i came across the watch on Watchfinder website and RWT was the actual supplier of the watch, So i called and i spoke to the main men ASIL, absolute gentleman,
The conversation went smooth and Asil understood my needs, then i went to collect the watch from LONDON MAYFAIR, dealt with Matt another amazing guy, The watch was beyond my expectations, the presentation the was the best i have seen since i have purchased few other Rolex from other places. The most satisfied transaction and service. All i will say either for me or for anyone else i will go to ROLEX WATCH TRADER straight,
Very Reasonable Price, You will feel the Peace of Mind honestly which doesn't come easy. Thank you ASIL
