We at RWT understand watches are precious both as a purchase and when it comes to their sentimental value. We have a strict and fine-tuned policy when processing watches prior to resale. If any work is required, we will send the watch straight to the manufacturer for service and/or replacement parts. This gives us and our clients the peace of mind that the physical condition, function and history are at an exceptional level. This process is expensive, but we embrace the standards set with years of investment, research and development by the manufacturer and we always look to adhere to the same. This ensures in our knowledge that our clients will receive a truly special product.
Our customers quickly understand and appreciate our "here to help" rather than "here to buy/sell" approach once you engage with us. We always invite you to read the reviews left by our clients on Trustpilot prior to making a decision when seeking to buy, sell or part exchange. If you are happy with what you have read so far, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to assist with any query you may have.

What a great service from Asil and Matt
What a great service from Asil , from initial enquiry to getting the watch delivered in person a few days later.
I have brought numerous watches from the grey market suppliers but none have been so accommodating and personable.
Thank you Asil & Matt.

Fantastic customer service from Asil when selling my watch. Competitive offer made in the morning then Asil travelled down in person to collect in the afternoon and the funds immediately deposited into my account.
Highly recommended.

Top service
Would highly recommend using RolexWatchTrader when looking to purchase a watch. Got in contact with Asil on the Friday evening and had the watch in my hands by Saturday early afternoon in which he accommodated to the times I was available to meet. The watch itself was as seen in pictures & if anything in better/mint condition in person.
Would only ever go to Asil for any future purchases.

5 Star Service
Buying a Rolex recently from Asil was a pleasant experience. He wasn’t ‘pushy’ and answered all my questions fully. Very pleased with the watch which had been fully serviced by Rolex before sale. It arrived next day. If you’re looking for a second hand Rolex, I recommend RWT - they have an excellent website too.

Exemplary service. Great company to deal with.
I’ve dealt with Sil on and off for over a decade. Both buying and selling. He is a true gentleman.
All of his watches are exquisitely presented and if they need servicing, they always go back to an Authorised Dealer. No shortcuts are taken.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealer to any potential customer.

Offered us a 2021 dated Rolex 126284RBR and would only communicate via text. Informed us the watch they were looking to sell on had been serviced by (quote) "a friend abroad who services Rolexes for a living".
Anyone who has bought a watch from us in the past will know any of our serviced watches are all done by the relevant manufacture service centre as this is the only route for total peace of mind paired with a fully documented service which adds excellent provenance. A service by any other person is worthless in any marketplace.
If a recent service has been done by an unauthorised watchmaker then we will not buy the watch which is company policy.
We also have the same model for sale at the same asking price the seller was hoping to achieve.
I offered to discuss the matter over the phone Tav Jacobs decided at this point to block contact with us on WhatsApp.
Succinct
Bought a £50k watch from Asil who went above & beyond to accommodate me at my convenience late Sunday night.
The watch was consistent with what was advertised and the sale completed with professionalism and without any concerns.
I am impressed with Asil’s conduct and the watch.
I will now only turn to him for any future purchases.
