I do enjoy the games and the wins are great. First won a few hundred and redeemed and got it the next day. Now I have won thousands and now my redemption is taking forever. I keep messaging customer support but no answer now I’m worried if I will get my winnings.its been a week I don’t know what to do🙃

No issues whatsoever at the moment though (UPDATE)(5/7/26) Redemption went smooth as can be and had it in my acct in a little over 12hrs. That's a pretty good time frame and especially well before the time they give as an estimate!

Great site, good game selection and fast redemptions.
Their ranking star system leaves a lot to ponder. If you win it drops you in the ranking and no matter how much you play you don't rise back up. Seems like a really dumb way to create repeat play.
