This company will not answer me in their chat, they have a stupid AI bot and they have failed to answer my emails.
There is no way to contact this company.
I submitted my 2nd level verification many times with proper documentation and it kept failing Everytime, so many times in fact, it said I must contact customer support!
Yet contacting customer support through the website and/or email is IMPOSSIBLE because they FAIL to answer back to offer ANY help or guidance whatsoever!
Their website must run strictly on AI.

I have money in my account that I can’t get I can’t even reach customer service it mistakenly put my first name of my email instead of my whole real name I can’t reach anybody everything else is verified I just can’t get intouch with no one to change my first name right. So my money is just stuck!!
