Having a business myself I rarely leave a bad review but at this point I have no choice. I have paid into Rolla many times but I finally get to redeem and I need to update my address fix a mistype in my last name by one letter in order to complete the 2nd step of verification. I have emailed and did the whole AI chat thing and I simply cannot get a response from anyone. It's been over a week and just silence. It's weird too because other reviews say the customer service was good. I play on multiple other platforms with no issues. I love the site and will gladly change rating to 5 stars if they would just communicate and help to resolve the issue. I will update this as soon as if or when I hear from someone.
UPDATE: Updated to 3 stars due to they finally reached out and eventually I was able to redeem. Took a total of about 3 weeks but eventually they fixed everything. Pretty sure the review made them finally answer sadly.

They paid my winnings. They’re a fun platform to play, with many exciting games. The payouts are lightning quick. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they could quicker with customer support, and a live chat. Other than that, I think they’re a great platform!

Here I am… 6 days later, second redeem from Rolla, and I still haven’t received my redeem. My first redeem took literally 24 hours and I received funds with no problem. Here I am stuck on my second redeem for 6 days… can’t get any response from the customer support team, my redeem is still pending with no updates! This is really frustrating, it’s giving me a hard time not to believe that Rolla reel players in by redeeming once and one time only! I don’t want to be a problem but Rolla casino is getting more annoying with this redeeming experience! I will definitely be reporting rolla if I don’t receive my redeem by the morning! I will definitely update this and hopefully give a better rating if I receive my withdrawal! By the way, I redeemed through trustly, which supposedly is a 24 hour process including my bank is listed on the “instant banks”

I have never had any issues with Rolla. My winning go straight into my bank account. I don’t have to worry about them entering me into jackpots that I didn’t opt in on. I haven’t played in a while and won 100 on my first game.
