Rollx Vans Avis 

This is our third Rollx van. We have loved them all and they have been a life saver for transporting our wheelchair bound daughter. The staff and owner are second to none and the service department is top notch as well. We will always purchase our vehicles from Rollx.

The van arrived and it was exceptionally in great condition,everything worked perfectly,the people that delivered were very nice Peter took great care of the transaction. Honestly we were scared to say the least buying a vehicle 5 states away but rollx vans they are nothing but a great company. We found nothing to compare around here.. A few problems have arose mechanically and I have scheduled to have them repaired,only one issue will be covered by the warranty (go figure) waiting to see how this goes

My sales rep, Peter Doukas, was very informative, very attentive, very knowledgeable, very prompt with accurate information and very patient with me. I had many questions and changed directions a couple of times but Peter gladly and patiently helped me through every step of the way.
Rating would have been 5 stars except my van took longer than originally quoted. That might be a good thing though. It tells me they were busy and were being trusted by a lot of people

Steve and the sales Team are terrific in all respects. The van is fantastic. Shawn delivered the van and set up a wheelchair lock at my home. I have bought two vans in the past from Mobility Works with Braunability conversions. This van and the RollX conversion is superior in all respects. And, no more crazy rattles. Perfect. Vehicle was exactly as described. The delivery tech was knowledgeable and explained everything well. Smooth transaction.

I am on my second van from Rollx after totaling my first in an accident that we all walked away from. Excellent service from first telephone call to paperwork laid out , explained and labeled.
I chose to use Rollx as they promised, and did, work with my local mechanic when and if repairs were needed. The 'local' disability van dealers [1 1/2 to 3 hours away] want you to bring the van to them at least once a year and then I would have to wait for them to finish with the car, basically taking up a whole day plus a long drive. For my initial van, they drove a model similar to my potential purchase to my house for me to check out, and even let me show it to my mechanic.
If I should need to replace this van down the road, I expect I will go to Rollx.

Functionality - the ramp works great and makes it much easier to get around with our daughter. We've had the van for about 6 months now and have had no problems.

Customer Service - they did a great job of consistently reaching out to me for the many month prior to our modification, but since the modification there has been no follow up. I have yet to need to reach out for service, but I do trust that when I make the call they will provide good service.

Product - having now gone through the modification process I wish I would have been better informed on three things:
1) there will be a chasm between your front seats that is nearly impossible to reach to the bottom when sitting in your seats. I wish we would have been informed of a "filler" or "riser" so that space could be better utilized. We've had a couple of close calls driving down the road when we've tried to retrieve something that fell in the pit.
2) we had no idea how much the modification would eat up the back end storage space of our van. Is this universal for all models? Being informed of this detail would help alleviate the surprise when finally receiving the modification. My guess is that it happens to all vehicles, but I wish we had known this piece.
3) now that we have experience with the Retractable Tie-Down, we would opt for the Power Tie-Down. It's a bit of pain having to get the four anchors secured to our daughter's medical stroller and then tighten each point. We've learned that we can keep the backs fixed and only change the length of the fronts in order to release the stroller and to then tighten it back up. But as winter approaches with some sloppy wheels, we can imagine that the Power Tie-Down would be much easier and more convenient for securing our daughter and limiting contact of our clothing with wet/dirty wheels as we reach around things to tighten up the straps. In the bidding process we weren't given pros and cons of the systems. We were only told that we have options and can choose which one is best for us...and to make sure we bid the same from competitors.

My initial hesitation in dealing with a distant company using technology quickly vanished. The entire staff was responsive organized and honest. My van arrived yesterday and this certainly exceeded my expectations.

From start to delivery Rollx staff was helpful and informative.

This is my 3rd van from rollx over the years, I normally don't do feedback but i just wanted to say thank you Dan, Jim & Tech Support & the team at Rollx Vans for so many years of amazing quality vans & service. I bought my first van from Rollx many years ago. It's one stop shopping, excellent service, fast, friendly and a team that truly cares. Thank you Rollx for always being there.

I have bought 2 used full size vans from Rollx and I trust when you purchase from them you are getting a quality product they will stand behind.

I lowered my score to 3 because on our second purchase in early July on our second use after delivery the auto doors quit working. We had to disengage the auto doors and bungee them shut. To be clear they have a 30 day warranty and they paid the full $600 repair bill. I am just a little baffled why the unit wasn't better inspected prior to delivery. This inconvenience while covered financially caused us to be without the van for 4 days while in for repair.

Overall a very good company and I would recommend them.
