Romans - Swindon Avis 

I had an issue with front door not locking. Contacted Romans and Patrick Boydell sent someone round to fix it really quickly. Great service

We had been letting with Dewhurst now Romans for the last 5 years. They have given us great service, we are now dealing with Tom Bath who has proved to be very efficient.

Me and my partner have just brought our house with Romans. The customer service from Alice, Jordan and the move manager Catherine was absolutely amazing. The communication from them throughout this sale has been amazing and any queries we had were answered or dealt with straight away. I would highly recommend Romans for anyone wanting to purchase a property.

I phoned the Swindon site because my toilet wasn't working. Excellent customer service at the start because it was an urgent issue. Told me to log it on the website under maintenance which I did. I had someone out just over an hour later to fix the issue and its all sorted. Amazing service and thank you so much to the swindon site for sorting it out so quick. Definatly 5 out of 5. Would like to write a bit about Romans in Swindon (former Dewhurst). It is the 2nd time I'm renting with them, and both times the experience was second to none. Their processes are very well established, their staff are very knowledgeable and experienced, they respond immediately in case there's a problem and overall act very friendly towards you. Romans in Swindon seem to take care of our needs very efficiently and are the best real estate agency we have had experience with.

I contacted Julie Coombes at the Swindon, mid morning on Friday 13 th May, problems with only toilet in house, very concerned that given that the weekend looming may not be able to be sorted. Couple hours later work carried out all sorted, what a relief, thanks to Julie Coombes and Contractor Neville Bishop, 😁

Our main contact is Danie Brock and have always found her extremely helpful and she has resolved issues for us in an efficient and speedy way. Always professional and always easy to contact at the end of the phone. Can't fault her.

From start to finish the whole team at Romans Swindon have been ace to deal with. Most recently I've been looked after by Danie Brock who has been a pleasure to deal with, helpful and super professional.

We have rented two properties through Romans and have Always found the whole team in Swindon very helpful. However our usual contact is Danie Brock and her attention to detail and customer service is exceptional. I have just had a flood in one of my properties in Swindon and must compliment Tom Bath on how efficiently he has dealt with this issue especially as he is not my usual point of contact but he is covering for my Property Manager Christine Lancaster who was on leave she is also an excellent representative of the Company, I must say that my experience has always been positive and helpful with all members of the staff in lettings.
