Alistair has been an absolute blessing throughout the whole process. I was initially referred to him while viewing a property marketed by RMS, and from the very beginning it was clear he really knew his stuff.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made what can be a very stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. He is incredibly friendly, helpful and reassuring, and always took the time to explain anything I was unsure about.

Alistair is genuinely approachable and easy to talk to, no matter what stage of the process you’re at, and he consistently went above and beyond to help keep everything moving wherever he could. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.

I have never used a mortgage advisor before and was understandably spectacle. Never the less I signed up with Alistair Bowman for the service and it’s the best thing that I have ever done concerning mortgages. His professionalism is second to none always going the extra mile in terms of the best mortgage available. He even significantly reduced my purchase price! In regular contact keeping the client updated with latest developments and is always willing to help in whatever capacity is needed right up to exchange and completion. Overall making a very stressful process less so.

The staff are friendly at the Bedlington branch and Alister the financial adviser walks you through the process and makes it less stressful as moving can be. We have just completed on our house purchase and the service we received was ok, branch staff were not very efficient at returning calls, however Alastair the mortgage advisor was absolutely fantastic and the service and advice received from him was 10/10!
