Taxi arrived promptly
Taxi arrived promptly. However, taxi driver kept asking me where to turn, and we ended up with over 4 minutes of wait time because he turned into a road with restricted roads, which triggered me to pay more than I anticipated. I do not think it's acceptable that the driver should me asking me for directions in the middle of the trip when they already know about road blockages, or at least he should freeze the meter if he'd like to discuss options with the customer. I'm really disappointed with royal cars this time, and I'm a loyal customer.

I prebooked a taxi at 10am for 1.40pm…
I prebooked a taxi at 10am for 1.40pm for 7 people. Despite booking in plenty of time they stated there was no taxis available. After being 20 minutes late they said they would send 2 separate taxis and honour the price. I had to chase again numerous times and they then told me they wouldnt honour the price and they had misquoted me. The second part of our booking finally turned up and hour and a 10 minutes late and the end booking ended up costing £16 more then they had originally quoted!!
