Efficient service, we had 3 cars booked. Drivers came quickly, were friendly and we arrived at our destination with no issues. Price quoted was also good.

The basic test of a good car service is turning up. Royal Cars failed last night to honour a booking. They just sent a message saying it was cancelled at 1130pm for a midnight pick up. Calling the phone line was useless as the operator made no sense when asked to re-book and hung up on me twice. Don’t use

Royal cars offer an excellent service. Reliable, efficient, helpful and friendly. Used them for the last 3 years for airport runs. Always been on time, communication direct with driver, excellent. Driver offered help with suitcases, even offered change for airport trollies and offered to get us one. Above and beyond. This weekend used Royal cars for a local journey. The standard of service didnt change, excellent as normal. Also big mention to Kim and other office admin staff in the Oxford office, excellent service, very friendly and efficient.
