Excellent service even when we changed our return journey pick up time. Polite and courteous drivers. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our pick up, once we located our Driver, who said that he wasn't given our proper address…He was told to go Malt House which is 5 houses away from Snoqualmie. Once we were connected with the Driver we were able to direct him to our house and the drive to Gatwick went well!
The drive from Gatwick back to our home (Snoqualmie) was much more comfortable, as the the car seats were much better and the air conditioning worked very well, both Drivers were very nice& friendly. We both, think that the Blue Pruis may have an diferrenchal (rear axal problem, which should be Checked soon!

My driver was the best! Most professional taxi company in the Oxford area always use it when travel and need to be on time

Als alleenstaande moeder had mijn dochter bij hen een leuke auto gezien. Omdat ik zelf weinig verstand heb van auto's, heeft Amin mij ontzettend goed geholpen. Hij nam de tijd om alles duidelijk uit te leggen en deelde zoveel mogelijk informatie, waardoor ik met een gerust gevoel een beslissing kon nemen.

Ik heb vervolgens mijn ex gevraagd om mee te kijken. Hij is met mij meegegaan en was het helemaal eens met de informatie die Amin mij had gegeven. Uiteindelijk is mijn dochter nu de trotse eigenaar van een mooie, goed onderhouden Volkswagen Polo!

Several times I have found the on-line booking system unsatisfactory. This morning I attempted to book and paid for a taxi for 12.30 but it arrived at 10.30. I apologised to the driver and rang the office (very, very difficult!) and confirmed th 12.30 booking. At 12.45 I drove our guest to the coach station. As things stand, I will use Uber or another taxi firm until your on-line booking system is more user friendly.

Taxi arrived on time. The driver helped load our cases, which was very helpful. No radio playing, so a nice quiet journey - well done

I had booked a 3.30am taxi for a flight, which I’d made a point of raising upon booking with Royal Cars Banbury. Waiting outside my property the tracking link showed the car had arrived and I was stood out on the roadside 5 minutes before their arrival. When I called them at 3.28 as the car wasn’t visible, they said they had cancelled the taxi because they had tried to call me a few minutes before. Waiting outside my property had limited signal but I called them back a few yards up on higher ground and it still wasn’t even 3.30am. There was no apology, they just said they had cancelled it, yet the link/map showed the car still there. Banbury Royal Cars simply said that ‘the person who took the booking should have taken pre-payment for early mornings’. This suggests to me they never sent anyone out but again, when I called them later to discuss there was zero apology or remorse. I missed my flight for my second ever meeting of a new job. Absolutely appalling - we’ve used them before, never again.
