Our 1st biggish online order was dealt…
Our 1st biggish online order was dealt with swiftly. We were kept in the loop via emails and had good contact with the delivery company. Received the order very quickly…. However a smaller order placed a few days later although confirmed was not followed with the same informative email re: delivery and the order did not arrive within the estimated time scale. I had to phone up to get an update, Told it had only been sent out the day it should have been delivered.

I ordered the parts I needed to…
I ordered the parts I needed to complete my order on the 8th May expected delivery was 12th to 18th. On the 21st I had to chase, they said they would phone back. Never did. I chased again they said it would be dispatched on the 21st…no notification. So I went elsewhere.
