Product arrived with missing parts and…
Product arrived with missing parts and damaged. Took over a 10 days for customer service to send returns label, I had to end up calling myself and a further 7 days to receive a refund.

Great experience
Hi I used RS Electrics to get me out of a hole as I was getting my electric sockets fitted the next day and they despatched the sockets the same day and I received them in time and they were cheaper than the larger companies that supply them

Goods delivered as expected
Items received, as described. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. Delivery was not as fast as possible, but probably down to Royal Mail, rather than this Supplier - which has been excellent.

Very good value products, poor from DPD
Very good value products, however DPD let you down by not actually attempting the delivery when they said they had. It caused a lot of headaches for the job.

Replacing discontinued spot lights
I rang to enquire about some spot lights to replace our current ones in the bathroom, i had been struggling to find them available anywhere. Spoke to a really helpful chap who informed me that they had been discontinued and i would not be able to get the same ones. He advised me which new ones were compatible and which to get, and made my ordering experience much easier. Really knowledgeable, very helpful and patient.
