Customer service is wonderful and respond quickly. Rtp is fair and the jackpots are a nice touch. I see they're expanding their game selection, and am sure this rating will increase as their games do. A Keno or multi card Keno would be great! Redemption is quick and takes only a couple hours. All in all an honest and respectable operation which is far more than can be said for their off shore competitors!

Ruby Bingo is my favorite place there is many fun games. It’s so fun and everybody is like a family we all get to know each other. Ruby bingo staff actually knows players by name and treats us with so much caring and respect. If something comes up they are quick to get it fixed for you. Ruby Bingo is very trust worthy as well as the staff. I’m so happy I found Ruby Bingo last year.

Ruby Bingo is my favorite place to play. I absolutely love it. Not only do they have great games but they also have great payouts. Last year alone I cashed out thousands. My favorites are games Medusa, Safari Sunset and OG games like Ducky Pool Party and Gem Booster. I also love how friendly they are. They have live Bingo as well and the payouts are great as well if you can snag a win. But what I love besides winning in which I do win, is the Bingo community they have built up. It’s almost like a family. We chat while we play bingo. I love the interaction they have with the players. All the callers are great but CeCe is my all-time favorite and then Nathan. They are always on point and keep us entertained. Nathan is also great promoter. I do believe he could persuade a player to buy a car with no tires!!😂 He is just that good. Big P, Kori and Billie are also great callers. They answer questions and if they can’t you can always email them. Bottom line is I love everything about Ruby Sweeps. Try it for yourself. Live Bingo is Sunday - Thursday. Once you sign up you can go from there and see everything you need to start enjoying and winning.

Saturday I was board and went to see if anything was going on in Ruby, well they were having some horse races so I played for awhile it was so much fun, Billie was calling. Our games, including jackpots and the daily wheel are random, and outcomes aren’t influenced by how much someone has played. We know that doesn’t always make it feel less frustrating, though.

Fun, Exciting and a great atmosphere!
This site is great! Started playing 2 months ago and have won over $500 between Bingo and Slots. Im on there every day, and its better than trying to go to the casino all the time. The hosts (Billie, CeCe, Nathan, Kori and Mr. P) are all great and friendly! The slots do give back great amounts and are not too expensive to start out at. It's fun, relaxing, and great to be able to sit at home and play!
