Running Bare Avis 11

Only giving one star because you need to. I bought a skort and within a month there was a hole in the fabric (when proper care was taken). I attempted to leave a 2 star review and couldn’t on the website. If I left 2 stars it wouldn’t submit and told me to email them.

I am compelled to compliment the 2 girls in store Miranda.
They are a delight and very very focused to customer service.
I was interested in jkt that they were almost out around Aust. They had 2 black (and I considere one in Caramel - which was at HO) Lila knew I was flying back next afternoon. She offered to go 1st thing next day and pick up jkt and returned that morning with the jacket. Which I purchased. What dedication!
Above and beyond. Dedicated.
I hope their Superiors at HO realise their value.

Don't deserve a star! Extremely dissapointed with customer service and product quality.
Anyone considering buying from here should reconsider!

Actually I wouldn’t have clicked one star but that’s the only way to write a review!
Customer service is disgusting, get told your order may take up to a week & when you enquire a week & a half later, you get cut off & told if you haven’t received a call we don’t have it!
As I will be working overseas for 2.5 months & leave in a couple of days, I ask if they can follow the order up & get back to me & no phone call back!
Tried calling Sat 28/1 no answer, just rings out, tried 4 times!
Terrible customer service, unhelpful & rude staff!

Wow so dissatisfied with my recent "customer service " experience. Purchased 3 full priced leggings which prematurely showed signs of wearing in my opinion comparing to previous purchases... piling ect
After washing and removing of any pet hair as requested they were sent back.
I received a reply an insulting reply saying that 1 I had endangered the QC team as I returned dirty items full of hair? Umm excuse me how insulting and rude!! Then also to reject my opinion that the pants are prematurely worn as a loyal long time customer never having returning anything before. Again beyond insulted

Unfollowing FB and unsubscribing from my emails. Disgusted at the fact they are using stick thin models for their advertising. As a society, corporate organisations have well and truly recognised that women are all shapes and sizes. I have two daughters. This is not a body image I hope they aspire to achieve.

I’ve been a Running Bare customer for around ten years now and always find their products and service to be excellent. My ‘Downtime Sweat Pants’ from 2016 are still in great condition even after being worn almost every day for the last four years. The fabric is top quality. Their sports leggings are also great, I’ve been buying them for years and they’re the only brand I buy. Online service and delivery is great too.

I purchased two different pairs of running shorts from Running Bare online - one turned out to be the best shorts I’ve worn and the others were not flattering at all. I contacted customer service to make an exchange of the non-flattering for another pair of the awesome, and upon discovering that the awesome ones were out of stock, Sarah from Running Bare tracked down a pair from one of their stores (others would have just issued a credit note rather than taking the effort). On top of this great customer service (which feels so rare these days), I love that Running Bare is made locally in Australia and is great quality. I’ll be coming back again and again.

Very disappointed as I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Ordered online, colour of item was very misleading. When I realised this was not what i thought i ordered, i called to organise an exchange for black, or a credit note. I was told that as it is a final sale item, i could not return them. Almost $300 worth of clothes that i wont wear. I feel scammed

Recently bought items for the first time and I’m loving them!
They had the right shape, colour, size and style of the gym top I wanted that other places didn’t.
I also super happy with the leggings as well because they’re a good fit, have pockets and are not putting pressure on my sensitive stomach.
Only downside is their types of sports bras for my personally but everything else is great.

Top gear and sexy too. I love this gear and my clients tend to be lured by the fabrics and my attributes of course. Well made and long lasting.
