STAX. Avis 73

Absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service I have just experienced.
No contact after purchase, no confirmation email, no invoice in email or paper form with delivery when it eventually turned up. Item missing and have attempted contact 4 times through the ‘help’ form on the website and not even an acknowledgement that they have received it. Have contacted ACCC to report and will never be buying nor recommending again. Also interesting to note is that you can’t leave any reviews on their website or Facebook - coincidence? I think not. Poor form by a big brand.

Ordered via Amazon and order was finally cancelled by them 3 weeks later with no explanation.
I suspect they do not have the stock and continue to advertise things still in stock over many different sites (Ebay, Amazon etc)
What a complete waste of my time!

I’ve had the worst experience with STAX. Never have I ever had to deal with such an incompetent company. I placed my order on March 17, which wasn’t delivered until April 13. One item was missing, I’ve had to send numerous emails explaining the situation only for them to get back to me and say it was already delivered. No, it was never delivered. I even attached the pictures of the items received and they never included the packing slip. On top of it all, the fabrics look cheap and uncomfortable. The petite leggings are short in the legs but the waist band is almost up to my chest, they never considered that shorter women come with shorter torsos. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Not worth the headache for the quality you receive and they rip you off on the missing items. No refunds, no replacements, nothing.

I wish I read these before I decided to purchase!!
Ordered, received a faulty pair leggings that need exchanging and I didnt receive the shorts that I ordered in the delivery. I have emailed customer support 3 times with no reply. Have also commented on FB multiple times but keeps getting deleted and no response?! This company im starting to believe is a scam. Why would a company have so many buy swap and sell pages if they did respond to customers. Because they dont their is dedicated pages to help customers swap there orders?!?! They have 30 day return im worried if I return my order thry wont respond either?? Then im totally put if pocket as cant sell the leggings on 3rd party stax pages. Also still outta money for the shorts i never received.
DO NOT BUY. 50/50 Chance you receive all your order and not faulty. This is my first and last order. I will update this review if I get a response. (I highly doubt)

Rizza of STAX nailed the brief on customer service, super helpful and quick resolution. Love STAX products just my fave go to brand style-wise. Definitely on the slightly pricier side but I think the quality is worthy and they have really good sales! One thing I’d love to see, a cherry on top, would be something included with orders, a sticker, a scrunchie, ANYTHING extra unexpected in my order is always so so fun and a lot of other companies are doing this now. It’s the best little endorphin hit and imo gets customers coming back more often. But overall love!

Awful products. Fit of pants is unwearable with a crutch that sits very low. Material is thin and borderline see through. 7/8 length pants are also a very awkward length for shorter people like myself. As someone who lives in active wear I would never buy this brand pants again. Customer service is also awful, they have no interest in helping you. Spend your money elsewhere!

Stax was introduced to me by city chic employee as they had no more leggings In stock!!! I l am a new customer to stax and love my new purchase,soft and comfortable to wear they also cater for curvy women like myself i am now waiting for my next order.
If stax cannot fulfil your order they will refund you or give you a store credit they respond to you promptly thank you Anna

LOVE THIS BRAND. Seriously i don't understand why it is rated so low? My order came in 4 days and beautiful fit and quality. Best dressed in the gym for sure.

I purchased a pair of leggings which were very comfortable and i had no issue with, although the brand name on the back of the leg began to peel off, but i emailed and they sent me a new pair in no time! Incredible customer service and the leggings along with the jacket and sports bra i bought were so comfortable!

Its crap, the pants fall down all the time and the jackets arent snug at all

Honestly not sure why all their products are rated so highly on their site because the quality and sizing is really bad.

I bought a couple things during Black Friday in my usual size – everything fit poorly and was way too small. I returned it for store credit and ordered different items, but I still had the same issue despite following the sizing advice. Second time round, my package was pretty beaten up and the item's bags had tyre/dirt marks on it.

They don't accept returns for sale items, which is annoying when they go on a major sitewide sale. That said, they do give 120% store credit, which is pretty good and why I gave it a second shot.

Highly recommend avoiding if you want quality activewear – it might be cheap on sale, but still not worth it at all.

due to a busy period on the sales there was a delay on my order being processed. I reached out to customer service and they provided a Quick response, acknowledged my concern and gave me some reassurance on my purchases Which was great.

Beautiful fabric, and very quick delivery.,I made an enquiry via email and someone responded within 24 hours! A great on line shopping experience.

Literally got the worst quality hoodie i’ve ever seen. This was for my partners birthday and yes i understand that it was on sale so i got it for a cheap price but i wouldn’t even pay $5 for this trash, let alone full price of $89.95. skip this shit and go somewhere else. Thanks for the embarrassing unboxing where i had to show my boyfriend this terrible quality ass that was already pilling and as thin as paper.

I absolutely love this brand, customer service was so generous and kind in helping with a problem that I was just providing feedback for, I didn’t expect anything in return. STAX customer service was amazing just like their clothing.

Great customer service! The team is kind and friendly as well as prompt in getting back to you about anything at all, issue or just a query or anything at all! Love it. Love the clothes, its my go to gym wear.
