What a lovely company, quality is amazing

We bought a set of Trapez black coated table legs and are very happy with the item quality, delivery and service. We screwed it onto our home made dinner table top and it looks very professional and beautiful.

A lovely online service from start to finish.
We wanted a strong base for a marble top we inherited.
Rusticland had so much choice of quality outdoor metal bases.
It was easy to order online, we were kept informed at each step and the table base sent is brilliant. We are so pleased.

Disgusting customer service, the table came much different colour to advertised photos and came damaged, they then said I had to chase the damage up with the courier company… contacting the ombudsman now to take action

Dodgy company. I cancelled my order the day after placing it, as it would take too long to arrive (2 weeks plus) and had it confirmed in writing that they acknowledged this. The next thing I know they are sending the order. If they had said in the first instance it would be this quick, I might not have had to cancel in the first place. They said it would take 2 weeks to make then all of sudden it is shipping. Tried numerous times to call and query what is going on but no one answers or replies.

Quite simply THE worst customer experience we have ever received. Their communication is extremely poor and we were forever having to chase them. The table we recieved was completely the the wrong colour and darker than what we ordered. To rectify this issue they wanted £60 for courier to pick up, £60 to repaint to the colour if they deemed it the wrong (which it was) and then another £60 to deliver back to us. We should not have to pay £180 for their mistake. In the end we did the job ourselves to get the colour they advertised. Dealing with this company was a nightmare, they stressed my wife out. AVOID them completely.

Awful experience. Table arrived completely the wrong colour. How on earth they couldn't see it was wrong is beyond me! Asked to to get it corrected. They said if they thought it was the right colour then it would cost £200 to correct it! Shouldn't have to pay for their crappy job! Clearly don't listen to the customer at all...was an absolute nightmare to get hold of them, having to chase them every 5 mins. I had to strip the table myself. Will NEVER buy from the again. AVOID!!!

Table would not fit through front door and not able to take legs off so returned.

They refused a refund.

Wanted to keep 25% plus delivery cost. apparently choosing a colour makes it bespoke. a LIE

Its a scam, same table goes to many customers but never delivered.

Currently taking them to court.

I would not recommend this company not interested if goods are faulty ,not prepared to take responsibility .Ignore emails and hang up phone on you .

We absolutely love our new table (180cm) it’s solid and the workmanship is excellent.

Really pleased with my purchase and the communication was great.
Table was a little too high for my chairs so had to cut the legs down a little but it looks lovely and the quality is superb.

I have sent my shelf back as it was the wrong colour (My fault) Am happy to receive a refund or replacement but not getting a reply from my messages. Replied immediately to my first order !

Outstanding service from start to finish and the most beautiful stunning piece of furniture. We ordered the desk/high table. Most certainly a very well made, sturdy item and will last for many years.

Our new table arrived this week from Rusticland Rotherham . We are over the moon and it now graces our kitchen . Superb standard of workmanship and the care given to the pre delivery packing and protection was second to none . Would highly recommend.

The website does not make it clear enough that this is a made to order product. Order took 3 weeks before it was shipped. No answer to webchat and very slow answers to emails. When it arrived it was filthy and left everything it touched coated in sooty, black, oily residue.

The bolt holes were misaliged and its only because I happened to have a spreader that I was able to put it together at all. Even now the 4 bolts that hold it together are insufficient to stop it wobbling side to side.

Also they claim on the website that this is a custom order and therefore not eligible for return. This is not true. This is one of a range of standard products that they offer. Made to order is not the same as custom made and you are entitled to return this. There is no obvious reason to make this claim other than to avoid their responsibilities as a retailer.

Next time I will shop elsewhere.

Incredibly happy with my purchase of tall table. Amazing quality and very sturdy.

Delivery took a few weeks but once it was in transit I was alerted regularly.

Very helpful. I was able to buy just one x frame leg i required for a project, I was a little disappointed that the cost of one leg was more than half the cost of a pair, but rusticland were the only company prepared to do that so full marks for flexibility. Great quality leg, pre drilled, nicely finished, would be 5 stars if price of one leg was half the price of a pair.

Lovely solid high table, just what I wanted for the kitchen. The care taken to wrap for delivery must have used half the world’s bubble wrap reserves! So impressed I’m now considering a dining room table too.

Beautifully hand crafted table, real solid wood & solid steel frame. Very heavy and tall. Really pleased with our table, just be aware of how long it takes to make & get delivered as well as how big it actually is as we had to order adjustable chairs as the ones we originally ordered elsewhere where just too short. Really stunning piece of furniture that sets off our kitchen.
** UPDATE ** After a couple of weeks we had noticed that sap had dripped from underneath the table causing damage to our new velvet chairs! We notified the company straight away and received a reply that acknowledged the “inconvenience” with an apology, however no mention of any compensation. They should at least warn you that this could potentially happen!

Amazing quality, look beautiful in our kitchen! Fast and efficient delivery! Can’t recommend enough!
