Fantastic service from Rusticland. Wanted a specific size of shelf and they agreed to produce. Answered queries so efficiently. Great quality and fast delivery. Just love the shelves. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately my order was damaged. Ordered tudor oak 110cm shelves with a wine rack (costing over £100).

The wine rack was bent. I asked for a replacement to be sent and sent photographs as requested. Took 6 days for response and no replacement was sent. Instead I was asked to bend the wine rack back into place myself (genuinely, this is what they asked me to do). This was disappointing as this cannot be done without further damaging other areas of the rack. It is too flimsy. I’ve been offered a partial refund - £6. Quite disappointing. Again, getting this refund even in negotiations has taken > 2 weeks.

Was also sent the wrong instructions for the brackets, instructions related to entirely different brackets. Instructions state 8mm drill bit but it’s actually 7mm so be careful when putting the shelves up that you don’t drill your holes too big. I always start with 6mm and work way up gradually 1mm at a time.

Other than the above, the shelves look fine but I’m not overly impressed with the quality. The wood also doesn’t seem to be oak. It is very soft, so possibly pine? I can’t see any details in the description for what wood the shelves are. Just says “wood”. So that is misleading unless I have missed something.

I won’t be purchasing from this website again. I expected better given previous reviews.

Do not use a total scamming company who don't deal with complaints. I returned the item to have it replaced of which I have an email confirming they would replace returned item. Now they are not answering emails. Buyers BEWARE DO NOT USE I WISHED I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING

Delivery was exactly what it stated, the delivery men brought it straight through to where i wanted it. Looks better in real life, very sturdy, and well made, absolutely love it.

Lovely looking very sturdy table, had to shorten legs as a bit to tall but not a problem and it was fairly easy to do.
We are very pleased and use every day for all meals and anything else you need a table for.

Excellent quality items, would recommend for DIYrs

Bought an industrial table and bench in December 2021, when we unpacked it, it was the wrong colour and my partner who’s a welder was shocked at the state of the welding and joints on the legs, dangerous splatter was left which cut my finger and it looked like after they had powder coated the legs to a grey finish, they then got the grinder on the joints and left it with silver showing through. I didn’t complain at the time as it was Christmas and I needed it. 5 months later and the gaps between the planks have go so big, your finger can fit through, all planks are sitting at different heights so plates eg rock around not to mention the sap coming through all the knots, and this glue residue is impossible to polish off as it’s set all over the table. When I complained they said I quote: Hello,
Gaps between planks is a normal reaction to how wood reacts to the room temperature.
Would you be able to loose the screws and press the table top with the mounting clamps?

I’m sorry but my view is that unseasoned wood was used!! I spent nearly £800 on this and it’s not a joy to sit and eat on and it’s not my job to try and fix it, Clamps, what clamps and why should I, it’s your job to rectify a faulty product, you heard of CUSTOMER RIGHTS ACT 2015!!! Look it up!!!! The aftercare and customer service is absolutely disgusting , I really thought the reply was a joke. I will be buying a new one from Next Home ( a credible place to purchase) Do not buy anything from these because they don’t want to know about problems, they only want your money.

We purchased the Industrial Bar Table | High Breakfast Table | Dining Reclaimed Table BS12 in driftwood and we absolutely love it! The quality is amazing, the driftwood is gorgeous, we chose black powder coating and it looks great in our kitchen, just what we were looking for. Table arrived well packaged. Would definitely recommend Rusticland.

Communication was poor when chasing delivery. Delivery was made after third promise of delivery. Unfortunately table has now suffered very bad shrinkage so top now gapped and uneven. Photos available if required.

Ordered the TV stand (TV010) and bar table. We are so pleased with both. Alway a bit nervous going by photos and reviews on websites, but seriously, these are top quality, solid, rustic and modern . Love them. If you order the TV stand, go for the black coating on the legs. Rustic Land customer service noticed we had ordered the bar table with black coating and emailed asking whether we wanted the same with the TV stand so it matches... perfect. Thumbs up.

We ordered 3 shelves from Rustic land with brackets. The delivery was on time and we are very pleased with the product!! We love the look of the shelves in our kitchen and we've had lots of comments from visitors about how nice they look. Definitely recommend.

Bought a faulty table for around £1000 - refused a refund even though I have sent them videos showing that the table is extremely wobbly and the planks are totally uneven. Total rip off and awful craftsmanship.

Asked to speak to the manager and I was lied to and told that the manager did not offer conversations - whatever that means. Now all emails are being ignored.

A massive scam.

I received a bar table which I was really pleased with. When I looked more closely there was a dent on the surface. The packaging was not damaged so it did not happen in transit but the company keep on insisting that it was down to the courier. After numerous emails they offered a £30 refund which was embarrassing considering the table cost £400. 4 weeks later and I still haven't received the refund.
