Hard to find but great facility once there
St Pancras International 9.30pm arrival
Sat Nav on website was inaccurate it took me driving round the station four times until a taxi driver told me exactly where it was and that was on a road other than sat nav took me to. Very poor street signage as you approach entrance, had to stop and look closely as it also handles car rentals for several companies.
Once inside barrier I asked the man on "reception" desk and he was most helpful, came out and indicated nearest available parking bay to station entrance and checked I had understood. Once parked it really is ideal as all undercover even a very short road crossing reserved for lorries. Takes you straight to main platform concourse with toilets, food shops and airport style electronic departure/arrival boards.
Just under one hour cost £14 which I was happy with for central London - pay before you get into car on departure.
So, useless directions but once found the attendant was very helpful and excellent location, will definitely use again if need to pick anyone up.
Finchley Central Saba Parking
Finchley Central Saba Parking - Excessive and rapidly increasing parking charges, which have risen significantly over the last 2 years. The on-site payment machines have been out of order for months, with no clear or prominent signage, effectively forcing customers to use the app, where an additional and, in my view, unjustified fee is applied. Saba staff have been unhelpful and appear indifferent to these issues which causes a very poor customer experience. I urge TFL to review this situation urgently and to support commuters by ensuring a fair, transparent and cost effective parking solution for those that want to use public transport.
Blood sucking parking comapany
I had to take my Wife to Milton Keynes A&E, the only empty parking bays were for EV cars, so I parked in one, I went out several times to see if I could move my car, but it was always the case that only electric bays were empty, but quite a few normal bays had electric cars in, so they can park in our bays but we can't park in theirs. After 12 hours in A&E my Wife was sent to a ward, I then found that I had a ticket, as did four other cars, SABA must love Hospital carparks, people are desperate to get treatment and have to park somewhere, so it's easy money for these blood sucking parking comapanies

I parked at the Bradford royal infirmary, the anpr camera didn't pick my car leaving twice even though I paid for parking both times. I've tried to appeal online but the website isn't working. When speaking to Customer service they were unhelpful. He suggested that a receipt was the only valid evidence for parking but the machine I used didn't give receipts. An absolutely disgusting company.
Think the one star says it all
I stand in support of those who are unjustly fined . Terminally ill people who cant get to chemo appointments ,etc. Will this get published? Who knows.
Totally rubbish
Totally rubbish. Overpriced and the app doesn't work very often. Each time it's a headache to buy a ticket. Needs vast improvement (ST ALBANS HOSPITAL PARKING)
Absolutely incompetent
Absolutely incompetent, unfair Company who pray on Individuals with disabilities. Disgraceful!!
Saba based in the Eastgate car park in…
Saba based in the Eastgate car park in Gloucester stuck a ticket so hard, on to my windscreen it's left an immovable rim of plastic right in my line of vision sent photographs of the damage their response phone the council who are about as much use a chocolate teapot their so called "customer service" will change their tack on the arrival of a solicitor letter informing them of the damage to my windscreen and a legal car I can't drive because it obstructs my view and yes they were asked 14 days ago to remove it
The worst company imaginable
The worst company imaginable. Parked in a disabled car park at Bradford Royal Infirmary. Visiting my brother, who was very poorly, he passed away two days later. Few days later got a parking notice, my husband has a Disabled Blue Badge, the notice said we should have scanned the badge on leaving the car park. I tried to appeal, but there wasn't an easy way to do it. My husband and I are both elderly, and don't know much about technology, they wanted me to send pictures attached to an email, I don't know how to do things like that. All big companies expect older people to do things online, and this is almost impossible for people in that age group. After a lot of phone calls and talking to different people I finally got the fine cancelled, but if I hadn't kept on at them they wouldn't have told me that it had been cancelled.
More enforcement please
Saba manages the car parking at Brighton Marina. Its a great place to park. The free parking limit is excellent. No complaints whatsoever.
Could they do anything better. Yes enforcement of Blue Badge disabled bays. These are usually full of SUV's Mercs and BMW's without a Blue Badge in sight. I have seen a Warden there once but if they visited every day Saba would make £Thousands in fines weekly and it would enable disabled individuals like me to find a parking space.
So if your reading this Saba some help for disabled drivers would be much appreciated.
If you are parking at Addenbrookes…
If you are parking at Addenbrookes Hospital, especially if you are taking or collecting a loved one, I strongly recommend you park in the NCP managed Car Park 1 and not the Saba managed Car Park 2. It’s worth it even if it means a longer walk as it will save your blood pressure trying to get the entitlement of discounted parking. Awful customer service and initially refused to provide a receipt for the money I paid. Avoid.
Paid to park but still got a fine
Tried paying online the day before. It didn’t work. I paid according to the signage at Newbury station. Paid for the whole day even though I was there for half of the day, but still received a parking fine. I’ve appealed, now for the long wait for them to respond.
This company is a bunch of thieves.
This company is a bunch of thieves.
My daughter paid for parking at Stanmore station using the app pay by phone and still got fined.
I appealed, sent the proof and it’s just been rejected.
Absolutely disgusting we have been fined £100 when the were sent the evidence.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AND STANMORE STATION
Clueless staff
I contacted Saba, who enforce parking for Sutton Council, about a scaffolding truck parked on a bend with around five feet of its rear end over double yellow lines. The person I spoke to dismissed it, saying it wasn’t a problem because the wheels weren’t on the lines. When I challenged that, he hung up on me three times, refused to send anyone out, and insisted he was correct. It was unprofessional, inaccurate, and showed a complete lack of concern for proper enforcement.
Absolute joke of a company
App doesn’t work, website doesn’t work to pay for parking. Therefore unable to pay for parking. Then hit with a fine. This has got to be a scam.
Totally disgraceful company
Totally disgraceful company. Absolutely disgusting excuse for a company whoever runs this bunch of criminals.
I was fined after paying the full days charge and putting in my wrong vehicle registration (my previous car) as I had recently got a new car. I explained this to the company, provided the payments transaction and also the receipt showing I clearly paid but put in my wrong reg.
The company denied the appeal and called it a “major keying error”. Laughable, comical, embarrassing.
Disgraceful company who will live out the rest of their miserable lives in shame.
I parked at Barking Hospital and…
I parked at Barking Hospital and displayed my Blue Badge but several weeks later received a penalty notice, which I appealed. They refused my appeal as I had paid to avoid the penalty charge doubling.
Quote: “payment and appeal cannot be processed simultaneously. Consequently, the account has now been resolved, and it is marked as paid and closed in our system.”
This company and other like them are money grabbers and the worst kind of capitalist. I hope that neither they nor their loved ones become disabled, but I am certain if they did, they might understand what it is like to constantly live in pain.
We parked in Kensington
We parked in Kensington, App is awful to use. The QR to scan doesn’t work when you park due to no signal. No pay points to pay within the car park which feels like a scam. We managed to pay via card on exiting using the person who operated the booth on leaving. However that took 3 attempts due to the card reader having “poor signal”. That cost £30. To do it online would have been £33 + £3.95 service charge. It feels like a scam scheme
Money making and inconsiderate towards NHs staff and patients
Recently parked in the Cheltenham Hospital staff car park having been called in for an emergency (I work there). In the stress, forgor to pay. A staff colleague later mentioned that there was a fine notice on my car. However, at the end of the day when I went to my car, there was no notice. So, being trustworthy, spoke to the Saba staff who in turn explained to the head office stating that I was a regular payer and always friendly and polite. They also said that they were not sticking notices firmly in order to avoid the sticker/glue getting really stuck to the windsreen in the heat and so it may have blown off. They (head office) refused and asked me to appeal formally. This was rejected and so I had to pay! This is a company that makes money out of patients and hospital workers and are rarely considerate.
Broken app/machine/phone line - SCAM!
Machines and Apps Broken! SCAM!
They make it impossible to pay - and then when you evidence this, they then charge you and say you should have used the methods I just explained weren't working. There is no signal to 'call' but should it really require endless effort to be able to pay and then get fined for not paying when they make it somewhat impossible to pay.... I would avoid. I think its all a scam.
