Excellent help in the store , delivered within the timescale promised and most importantly a beautiful ring.

Purchased an engagement ring for my partner Alison from Sacet Birmingham back in November. Jessica talked me through all of the options and was really helpful and patient with my many questions. Happy to say that Alison said yes when I proposed last weekend on holiday to Tromso, Norway. She loved the ring (as did I). I'll be sure to return to Sacet for the wedding rings! Overall great service from Sacet and a very efficient and smooth process of buying an engagement ring.
My partner had given me some ideas of what she would like in terms of design/diamond/metal/setting etc and I found the Zora ring on the Sacet wesbite to be the perfect ring.
I didn't feel the need to bother with the online consultation or anything, and chose the characteristics of the lab diamond that I wanted and just ordered it direct from the website. Delivery was 2-3 weeks as expected. The value/price was excellent in comparison to lots of other brands, particularly for the traits of the diamond that I ordered. It came subtly packaged so she couldn't tell it was from a jewellers which was perfect as she signed for it!
It looks beautiful and she loves it. Unfortunately, she measured her fingers wrong so the size I ordered for her didn't actually fit (her fault, not Sacet's!) so we had to get it resized. Again a relatively straightforward process, we went to drop it off at one the satellite stores in Leeds. The reception from the staff that served us was not particularly welcoming or friendly but I know that's not a reflection on Sacet as the main jeweller. Resiszing took a few weeks again, (due to the complexity of the ring design essentially meaning it needed to be remade from scratch) but only cost the advertised £50 for this which is fine.
As stated, we're very happy with the service and I would recommend them as a jewellers for engagement rings and we will likely look at them for the wedding bands too.

Sacet have exceeded expectation in every way possible. The slick and efficient process when buying a product is great but from there the experience gets better. Their customer service levels are up there with the best I have experienced, particularly from Madeléne who has looked after me from the initial purchase. Then the product itself is to an exceptional standard and looks better than I imagined.

Personally, I have only good things to say about Sacet and will definitely use them again in the future. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I visited Sacet in the Birmingham Jewellery quarter. After visiting several other jewellers, none of them had the dream ring I desperately wanted.

Sacet were immediately so helpful in helping to build my dream ring from start to finish - they made me feel very reassured throughout the whole process from reviewing the CAD designs to the wax mould to then when my actual ring arrived delivered right to my door. I can't thank Sacet enough and special thanks to Jessica who dealt with my enquiry from start to finish for her excellent customer service skills.

I loved the whole experience. First speaking to Jessica and designing my necklace and earrings was a great experience, she explained what all of the words meant, showed me different options, helped me design it and actually put the order in for me. Also, the products are absolutely stunning, I love the colour and size, I love the thickness of the chain as it’s not too delicate and I just know these will stay with me forever. I’m very grateful and proud to know that the diamonds are lab grown and materials are recycled. All of my future diamond purchases will definitely be from Sacet.

I bought a triple diamond ring for my wife as a 11th anniversary gift during lockdown the service was excellent and she loves the ring, certainly no disappointments. Everyone comments on how much it sparkles. The ring is high quality and I must say I was nervous of buying such an item online. My concerns were completely unwarranted.

Staff was so accommodating. They were so considerate. We had the ring upgraded despite having them to change the ring size. I was not eligible for the returns policy but they accommodated my request. Will definitely recommend!

I purchased a beautiful engagement ring from Sacet. The customer service was really helpful. We had 2-3 virtual appointments where they helped me choose the right ring for me. The provided the Sacet certificate with the purchase although the IGI certificate was sent after my request (and not received with the collection of the ring). That's the only reason I gave 4 starts. Overall, really helpful and polite with great range of rings, easy to follow website and fast replies.
