Truly sustainable diamonds at a great price.
Excellent customer service and product quality for a pair of diamond earrings for my daughter, which I'm sure will last her a lifetime and which are *almost* as sparkly as she is. :-)
Thank you Sacet - thoroughly recommended to anyone who wants to tread lightly on the Earth and doesn't want to compromise on quality while doing so.

Poor customer experience
Terrible customer service from start to finish. Our consultant clearly didn't care about our ring choice, presenting us with the options or even moving us along the sales process. Poor communication and patronising tone, we expected more for such a significant purchase. Decided to take our purchase elsewhere.

Product didn't last more than 2 months
Product didn't last more than 2 months. Sacet refused to replace as it was just over the 30 days. On Google, it says the average lifespan of a gold ring is 20-30 years. Absolutely shocking.

We are really disappointed to hear of your review. We were under the impression that you had happily accepted a refund of over half of the value of the item (which you have now received), as per your email reply, thanking the team (on the 13th of June).
As per the communication with our customer care team, they had spoken to you on the 13th of June to notify you we were willing to reimburse you with over half the value of the ring (even though this was outside of our policy). This was a gesture of goodwill and was an exception to our warranty policy, covering manufacturing faults only.

Devastatingly poor quality jewellery and appalling service
I bought an expensive engagement ring that lasted LESS THAN 5 weeks . We were absolutely devastated. The diamond simply fell out because the claws cracked- unbelievable . When asking Sacet for a replacement product, they informed us we’d have to pay for this because they claimed it was ‘wear and tear’ after 5 WEEKS... an absolute JOKE. Hours and hours wasted on the phone. A ring should last a lifetime not 5 weeks. The worst service and product I have ever spent a significant amount of money on and for such an important occasion , absolutely devastating. I Expected so much more, we couldn’t be any more
Disappointed.
Happy to receive half a refund for a ring that lasted 46 days... are you serious? Yes we were delighted to have wasted our savings on you.
