I was delighted with the heavy duty sack truck. It was very good value, delivered promptly and was exactly what we needed.

The quality of the two sack trucks and one trolley is very surprising for the price paid. They are excellent.

I have written four emails asking Sack Trucks Direct to collect the sack barrow and they have not replied to any apart from sending me two emails asking to review the item. There was no issue with the item apart from it arrived without wheels so I refused the delivery and advised Sack Trucks of what had happened and that I no longer needed the truck without wheels as in the meantime I bought one somewhere else. Two days later the sack barrow was left at my door. This time with wheels stuffed in the bag but now without anything to keep them on. Another three emails later asking for a collection and refund but I’ve had no replies. To be honest I believe the wheels were lost out of the bag by the delivery company but I still deserve a reply to emails when an issue like this arises.

Prompt delivery - product fit for purpose: just what I needed

Truck itself is a good size solid tyres would be better. We had a flat tyre on the first day repaired what we thought was a puncture but it keeps deflating. Despite checking several times we cannot find a leak. Sack trucks asked for feedback so I emailed them back with the issue but no reply hence only 3stars

An excellent product at a good price

Quick delivery. Very pleased with the product, very robust and the two different sized “feet” are ideal. Great price for what you get would have expected to pay much more.

Can not fault this company. Required two new wheels asap and the order was delivered in two days, well packaged and the ordering process was easy, would definitely recommend.

My wife ordered this after the lighter weight multipurpose truck which we had used for well over 20years broke when moving a large rock. It is still useable as a flat bed truck. She should have consulted me first because when it arrived I was surprised how big and heavy it was - obviously designed for commercial use. It is too big to manoeuvre easily around the garden so will be used infrequently. However this is not a criticism of the truck which is well made and would be very useful for heavier use.

They were unfortunately having technical problems which meant my order was duplicated. I then had to ring - waited for nearly an hour for my slot to find technical difficulties meant we couldn't speak to anyone - had to leave a message! In all fairness, they did correct the order, credit my card and deliver the truck within 48 hours so that was all good. I would use them again
