I needed a copy of my VAT invoice and the process was so easy, simple and quick customer service.

I was fortunate to find the 300kg barrow on sale. Delivery was quick, and assembly was mostly straightforward, apart from inexperienced assembler (yours truly) not knowing that you have to either put in some effort to get the nuts properly tightened, or use a drill wuth a suitable socket. Anyway, all sorted, and this barrow has already made it much easier to clear horse dung out of the field. The only thing I am sceptical about is how well those flimsy-looking fittings will hold the wheels on the axles - time will tell.

We needed 6x flat bed trolleys quickly in order to get inflatables to our summer camps, not only did the trolleys arrive express delivery but when we had an issue with a wheel, Jill from Customer Services arranged for a new one within 24 hours, I was blown away how efficiently the business dealt with the replacement wheel, thank you.

I ordered a hand truck from Sack Trucks. It's an excellent product and the customer service team helped me assemble it.

We purchased a 300kg sack truck. Comes in sections, instructions clear, easy to put together. Pretty sturdy and transports a good amount of stuff, even over rough grassland. Only issue we had was the nyloc nut holding the front wheel axle in place worked loose and came off. Have replaced it but not using the washer so that the bolt thread can engage with the plastic inner of the nut better, and hopefully not come off. This welded on bolt could do with being a bit longer to allow both the washer and nut to be installed without the fear of the nut working loose. Easy to order, quick delivery.

Easy to understand site, truck was brilliant used for festivals got all our kit on it in one trip from car park to camp site and my mrs doesn’t travel light.

Well built Sack Truck, my main gripe is that the l
handles could be longer, I'm 6ft 2in and it's a little awkward. Also the actual handle grips could be better, the hard plastic does not afford a good grip when moving heavy loads. (I roughed mine up with coarse sandpaper which helped)

Loved the colour but importantly it is very strong as well as being relatively light. Fully recommended. Have used it to move heavy and awkwardly shaped flower pots around the patio which are too heavy to lift by hand. Good value for money.

Excellent sack truck. We use it to move pots around the garden, of which there are many. Easy to manoeuvre.
